Shipping times are nowhere even close to correct. Be prepared to pay for faster shipping if you want your package anywhere close to on time. Their customer is a absolute POS. Basically a robot that has 0 idea what you're saying is wouldn't even bother calling. Finally, their website is trash ill make sure to never use UPS again...

Bad delivery
August 6, 2022

The UPS driver put at least 2 packages (different times) in our trash dumpster! It is only by pure luck we found them! The worst thing is, before we knew this was happening a family member mailed us a hand made quilt and we never received it.

I returned a tin of paint to a supplier due to excess to requirement, the paint was returned in the exact carton it was shipped to me unopened and sealed. The UPS drop off confirmed the carton was loaded into the UPS van in perfect condition. The supplier contacted me with pictures of the carton smashed open, 2 sides of the box were not even there, lid was off the can, contents were gone from the can, damage sustained to the can pushed the side in so far it looked like an hour glass! UPS denied all responsibility and refused to compensate saying "I shipped the package in this condition." UPS will let you open a claim then after 15 working days they close it telling you "claim refused." UPS win the trophy for the WORST company in the UK... avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid at YOUR cost.

Unbelievable
August 5, 2022

If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my pick. UPS is a disgrace. My package was supposed to arrive Tuesday (as Monday was a holiday) and got delayed to Wednesday. Of course I am not there Wednesday, so it is scheduled to be brought to my house THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Which is Thursday. Well sure enough, never came Thursday. So I call UPS. The driver LIED and said they tried dropping off the package at 3:10 meanwhile no note was on the door saying they missed me again, not to mention I was home all day waiting for this package. I don't tolerate liars. So the lady on the phone promised to make this an urgent package and it to be delivered to my house early Friday morning. Time goes by and it is now noon and still no package. So I call AGAIN and the package was not even on the truck at noon on Friday. So much for the "urgent package to be arrived early morning Friday". It is now 12pm! The lady on the phone promised the package will be shipped to my house Friday when they reach my town. Sure enough, NO PACKAGE! Not only have I been lied to, but been falsely promised many things. Now I have to await a call MONDAY because they are closed on wknds. I am tired of spending my time and effort into something I paid good money to have shipped, $15 shipping! And for what? To wait over a week to get my package when it was supposed to arrive in 2 days. Absolutely ridiculous. If these people think they won't be hearing from me again, they are wrong because not only am I filing a complaint to the public, but to the head office of UPS. And to the lie-full driver who claims to have tried to drop my package off while I was home all day, you better think about finding a new job where you are not in the customer service department because this is absolutely unheard of anywhere else. Not UPS though because mostly every review about UPS is the same as mine. My shipping information to track my package hasn't even been updated since Wednesday morning, and it is now Friday evening. UPS better get there game together before this business shuts down because I am one of many people who are no longer dealing with such a disregardful and careless business!

Worst possibly ever

Not only did they damage a $700 dollar adjustable dumbbell They only delivered 5 of the 6 boxes leaving the dumbbells unusable without the 6th box. Worst courier service on earth. Impossible to fill out a claim. They pass you around. Cant get in contact with customer service. If I could give them a negative star I would

Lost package
August 5, 2022

Overnighted a package on Thursday to be delivered Friday by noon. Package not delivered. Tracking states package delivered at 1:45 pm. Went to store, called 800 number to file a claim and spent over 4 hours with resolution being package is lost. Extremely important package that had deadline for receiver. Support was horrible. They should be able to call a driver and locate where the driver delivered package. Support would not provide useful help. Store states I cannot rent a refund for the $100 to over night delivery fee until "owner" returns. This package was extremely expensive and urgent. The lack of care and concern of UPS is appalling when it should be a simple solution. The backlash from this event for my family will be far reaching and long term. Will NEVER use UPS again. No wonder everyone dislikes "corporate" America.

Item was to be delivered 8/5/22. Check tracking at 8/4/22 to see delivery had now pushed out an entire week (8/11/22). The package which was to travel Florida to utah hadn't even left the origin facility until 8/4/22. It literally sat there for an entire week.

Find out from one agent, after to talking to 6 others, That the reason was because it was left behind after employees failed to put on original truck and it then took them an entire to recognize and fix an issue. And they way of fixing a 100% at fault issue was to simply put it on the next truck and it "gets there when it gets there". Then package delayed another day (now 8-12-22).

Every agent i spoke to on this issue either plays dumb and just repeats "check tracking for updates" or outright plays damage control on behalf of the Florida location that cause the week long delay. Every delay was not communicated to me. No update emails, nothing. I had to find out but checking status of delivery.

No effort to expedite delivery either. At this point I have screenshot proof of their agent stating its 100% their fault for the delay, and despite that no effort to delivery my package faster. Still at ground delivery snail mail, because it wouldn't be fair if they endured the burden of their own mistake.

Long story short, I bought an apple pencil from APPLE. The product was being delivered two days after which is why I chose to buy through Apple to begin with. They send me a notification on my phone saying there was an issue delivering the package to the location. (Mind you, I have a private driveway far away from the road away from any of my neighbors and also a dog who is so temperamental when it comes to people knocking on the door she goes bat $#*! insane.) I call Apple and they tell me it wasn't a signature release package so I should make a complaint to UPS about them not releasing the package. I called UPS and not like you can even get through to anyone who fully understands what you're upset about to begin with... But he tells me they will be coming back around to try again and for me to sign the note they left on my door. I tell him "Yeah he could have left the package exactly where he decided to stick a sticky note and NOT KNOCK AT ALL TO SEE IF ANYONE WOULD EVEN COME OUT TO GRAB IT" and he just goes "I'm sorry for the inconvenience but he will be able to come back to deliver that package to you ma'am" I really shouldn't have to sign anything seeing as how this package should have been released to my address as soon as he was on my property. This is terrible protocol and this is probably the only courier I've had issues with since I was young. DONT RECOMMEND

UPS has horrible service!

On July 21st 2022 I used UPS to send a small package (weighing 7.3 oz) to Macedonia from the USA (costing me $161.33). The package contained time sensitive documents. I was assured it would arrive to the receiver by July 28 2022. It arrived in country on the 26th and was put on a truck for delivery by the 28th.

However, UPS placed it on the wrong tuck and the package arrived in the wrong city, it went to Bitola not Berovo. They attempted a second delivery again placing it on the wrong truck and going to Bitola not Berovo. They stated it was not deliverable, however it was UPS' mistake that it was not delivered.
On August 1 2022, I contacted UPS expressed my displeasure, the agent, Andrea, looked into it and said it would be delivered on the 2nd. I asked and was confirmed by Andrea that it would arrive to the receiver on the 2nd. The package didn't arrive, was not even placed on a truck.

On August 3rd I called UPS spoke with an agent, Alvaro, and again explained everything. He failed to assist, saying I need to contact the local office (the receiver has already tried). I said it was UPS' responsibility to handle this. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Alvaro refused to let me speak with a supervisor, placed me on hold until finally the connect wrong but no one ever answered the call.

I attempted to file a complaint online, but the system would not function properly and I was not able to file online. I spent a lot of money for this time sensitive package to not arrive when and where it should, and then to be treated the way I was in not how a business should complaints.

Been dealing with UPS for four months. Box showed up al kinds of damaged. Now its excuse after excuse. It was a large item, and pricey, so I'm out over 1k. Its amazing how terrible they are to deal with. Will never do business with them again.

On my camera I saw a package delievered. It is not my package. UPS customer representatives were called and will not pick up someone else's package without a tracking number. This is a hazardous protocol. Leaving a package on my porch for days? What a joke and mistake of UPS. I spoke with supervisor after representatives wouldn't do anything and supervisor stated same thing that they need tracking number and will not send a UPS driver to pick up someone else's package and deliver to correct address. On my camera it is just sitting for days. Thank you UPS for wasting my time and your customer must be wondering where their package is. Get it together.

A month from the date of payment I'm still waiting on the package. Additionally, UPS is giving me the run around concerning a refund for the fees paid. UPS is at the bottom of my preferred package carriers, the customer service is a computer that you must talk in order to finally reach someone real. Subsequently the real person on the they are no greater help than the computer. Avoid UPS at all cost.

So I got the email saying deliverd to go outside and find no package, found out when I called driver decided to leave it at top of hill by busy high volume road all because he was to lazy to fulfill his job and deliver to my address. Now package is missing which was full of product I sell which was for a event on Saturday that I'm now going to have to cancel and lose bussiness. Verrryyyyy un satisfied customer over here. Do ypur frigging job properly or quit

I have a very disappointed experience
Ups driver mentioned that he delivered my package at front of my house at 4pm
I went to check and nothing there so I check my cameras at that specific time and no ups at all
They open an investigation for two weeks only to tell you
Proof of delivery close case"
What a unprofessional people
They are stealing our packages be careful
If you purchase anything online make sure is not delivered from Ups

Paid $408 at a UPS station in Idaho Falls to ship a 40 pound perishable package overnight. Didn't arrive. Called customer (dis)service. People in the Philippines. They like to blame "the shipper". Our receipt says the shipper is UPS. I think that's who gets the money. "The shipper" failed to deliver the perishable package for shipment until the following day. UPS accepts no responsibility for their people, their dis-service, their failures.

No more UPS for us. Fed Ex here we come.

UPS stole and damaged my item. The packaged was destroyed. Double packaged and both destroyed. My item was gone! Never going though them again. Worse thing, they won't help me out.

Self defense

My son was a driver for ups. He was assualted by a customer, and defended himself. The police were called and determined it was self defense. He was fired that same day. So much for the union. What a joke.

The worst place to work... a lot of people don't believe me but if you want to try it out go ahead and then you'll see how toxic it is, the pay is extremely low... they cut out pay and they don't provide you with any PPE. If you don't kiss the butts of management then you'll be taken advantage of.
