Amazon used them to deliver 2 dozen roses to my sister. They didn't follow basic delivery instructions. Instead of delivery to to the front desk of the stroke rehab, they gave the package to some passer-by. They got the guy's name, but staff said no one by that name worked there. I spent hours on the phone with staff and Amazon trying to get my money back or locate the flowers. UPS hung up on me, staff manning their Twitter account flat out refused to be helpful, and those manning the customer service email were flat out rude. My husband's bank, the biggest in the nation, just went with FedEx instead, because he told them how UPS staff behaved in this matter. Actions (or in this case inaction and passing the buck) have consequences. I'd definitely fire some staff who obviously don't take their jobs very seriously and have cost you business UPS! Shame on you all!
Their HR and recruiting Department is very unprofessional! They called me and left a voice a message to call them back. Well Guess what?! They never answer your calls! After few weeks one of their HR personnel calls you and he has not even read your CV and seems very unqualified!

UPS tracking says deliver made, we are a small business, no one saw it. A call was made to UPS explaining that the package was NOT delivered. They said it was signed by a person called BRIAN. We do not have a Brian was the reply. Oh you must have, he signed for it...WTH...
UPS just called to tell me they damaged my package in transit and would not be able to file a claim. They picked up the package and the next day it was damaged in transit. Regardless of all the warning labels all over the box to Handle With Care, Fragile, This Side Up, it was still mishandled. The coating inside leaked and it was thrown away at a UPS facility. The customer service rep said he could not process a claim without photos. I told him I requested photos from the facility that reported it damaged, but they didn't send me any. He told me UPS does not take photos, they do a visual inspection and discard. This package was insured for $650, which I paid extra for insurance. Not only did I lose the shipping cost, I lost the contents and had to reship to my customer, costing me double the money. Worst service ever.

They are definitely the worst delivery company I only used in the whole world: I lost two days on them while waiting for an important package at home. The first time the courier came, didn't knock, didn't call, and left. The second day he just didn't show up but made a note as if he was trying to deliver a package. Customer service just covers the drivers: they keep saying, like parrots, "Sorry, sorry", promising to help, but in reality, nothing happens.

I recently moved. When I placed an order, I thought I had changed to new address, but apparently I had not saved it. When I called the sender, I was told to call UPS. I did and asked them to return parcel to Sender. I am happy to say they did. All the employees I talked to over 3 days were professional and friendly. Thank you UPS.
My package was marked as delivered but it never arrived at my address. They lost my package and been searching for it over a week now. When I made a claim they closed it talking about when they contacted me my number was invalid. Also one agent told me they found my package and a ups driver will contact me in the morning. Welp they never did nobody ever contacted me I had to continuously use the ups virtual assistance just to be contacted by someone. For now on I would ask the merchant who they ship with and if the answer is ups I will not proceed with the order. FYI my package is still missing/lost.

My business doesn't open until noon. UPS tries to deliver in the morning while we are closed. I tried to create an account so that I can specify a delivery time. UPS won't let me sign up because my business address is invalid. Invalid? I'm on Main St in a building that's been here decades in a town that is over 140 years old. They have delivered here many times, but my address is invalid?!?!?! There appears to be no way to speak to anyone there. Their customer service is non existent. I tried the old tricks, like pressing 0. Nothing works. They are so cheap that they can't even bother to pay for a call center in India to take care of their customers. This is why I hate USP with every fiber of my being.
