I've been waiting for a package that has been in town for three days so I tried to just pick it up myself it took me a very long time to get told I couldn't and never was able to talk to anyone the more I tried to get it the more vague things got I hope they can turn it around before they go out of business I know they lost my business

It's a very confusing and frustrating process I will never use these guys if I can help it
