Been with these clown for to many years with never a claim, other than windshield issues. Last 2 years these clown [MAPFRE] sends stuff I can't even understand and spent many times at Horgan Insurance to find out what it is with them. The girl set me straight on what if anything was needed and claimed MAPFRE just went threw some kind of changes and that they were not up to par yet. From multiple bills and money sent back, are very confusing. I told Horgan I wanted another insurance company and they had nothing much for my needs. She said they [MAPFRE] will get their act together. [Must have been a joke because they haven't now 2 years later] For car Insurance this year I got a bill later than normal. Paid it the day I received it and mailed it in the Centerville P.O. And 15 days later got a notice My insurance would be canceled if not paid from MAPFRE. I get a Checking statement every 30 plus days. How am I supposed to know they didn't get it. They sent a we are going to cancel your insurance if nothing paid on a date. First I went threw the roof on reading this mail they sent. I have been with them and Horgan for 50 odd years, never ever missed anything in payments EVER on all bills. My credit ratting and past history says it all with a high credit score. Never ever missed a payment on anything, past history with MAPFRE and Horgan alone should have figure out that with all the scams, rip offs and big Company playing games with reality of life now, they might want to ask the good customer, there may be an issue? What do these people live in a capsule for idiots on life now days. Then after I paid the $35.00 to stop Payment on the check I sent first, I sent another check, I looked to make sure they got it. Then I get another bill. For hundreds more from MAPFRE. No explanation or anything. So I got a quote from USAA and found MAPFRE had me way under the normal coverage to. After spending the amount of time with these people and knowing how they screw their customers, I would be months waiting for a return of my money already paid I decided to get USAA a few months before MAPFRE insurance my present company was up. That may change once I figure out what some car options are for garaging 2 cars with minimum insurance while garaged. Work in progress. But the upsetting thing with all the scams etc... the company's could care less about their customers doing everything right and them trying to make them look like they are the issue when its those freaking idiots. Everything said I have in documentation on.

The girl at Horgan Ins. No longer works their and she was a big help. I do plan on talking to them where I have been with them 50 years before I change insurance company. You think they would have done that to me on this hole incident. Disgusting time we are in for being good loyal customers to some idiots who are blind of all reality with all the scams and rip offs now days, when we are just trying to survive.

Bought a Adams auto cleaning product on Amazon. I have Prime free shipping. Adams sends the product with a $6.99 shipping charge. Amazon BS pornning it off on to Adams as a complaint which it was to both and asking why? Adams says they charge shipping. Amazon explains nothing. So I said send the the product back to Amazon. Tried to and Amazon says non returnable. Sent a review on both of them and Amazon says we can't print that. Still no answer from Amazon on why. I will now never buy another Adams product for their $#*! remark. To Amazon for breach of contract and not able to get an answer why from those rip offs? I have had it with Amazon and their China garbage along with free prime shipping and some of their items seconds, garbage they can't sell. Adams for their treatment of customers and their own franchises who they put out of business with their business practices to screw the customer and their own franchises. Two Disgusting company.

Bought at WalMart 2 years ago on line. [Yep 2020 COVID time] One of two batteries when new where junk, will not take charge and got HOT. Now the first one that was good of the 2 new is now not taking a charge. 20V 2.0 AH Model SF8M******* on battery, no support from WalMart or ROCKPALS? *******@rockpals.com tell me unable to get battery what is your sales slip Nr. I guess they think everyone saves the sale slip recite? [If I did I would have to build another building to hold a recite for everything I ever bought? Totally disgusting WalMart and the China company ROCKPALS $#*!s. The disgusting part is after COVID 19 nothing has been right and still isn't. All the bean counters have made it so all the US Companys gave all the high tech info to China to build items at a cheeper hourly or daily rate, which is also the most disgusting thing. Wake the hell up America... Now you ask me for proof of purchase... I wrote it on the Instructions from who and date?

Leaf Blower Model SF8A509 *******@rockpals.com. Purchased from WalMart on 10/4/20. One battery junk will not charge and gets very hot trying to. It could have caught fire in my garage if I was not paying attention to it and left it on overnight? WalMart service said they contacted them on my behalf on 10/22/20 saying what the issue was. They were instantly back to me saying someone will contact me within 48 hours. No one did, I e-mail WalMart service again no answer. 3 days later e-mailed WalMart again no answer. 7 days later e-mailed WalMart again no answer. Filed it again early today 10/29/20 got the same BS someone will contact you in 48 hours. Told them I want to return the hole blower. No answer so far? Most things that I find out later are from China I have had nothing but issues. Amazon same thing BUT Amazon refunded my money instantly.

WalMart should buy American products and OR products that THEY stand behind them... for the quality and care of us the consumer. I'm tired of these big companies screwing the consumer especially in these trying times of people trying to stay alive because COVID 19 where we try to stay as safe as possible trying to live thru it. It takes twice as long to get deliveries which leave a lot to be desired in itself, on where they deliver the item to... in the neighborhood. Disgusting on all accounts... Wake up WalMart...

Flannel sleep pants. Received 10/13/20 put the pants on and it had no zipper or buttons. Read the web site to see if it had it in there and it was not. As I get older my prostate does not get younger HELLO idiots... Decided to return and saw a $6.75 for returns if not bought with LL Bean credit card. I was hacked by having an LL Bean Visa credit Card some years ago and two other companies which were also Visa credit cards I was hacked on. Reason no LL Bean credit card.
Been an LL Bean customer at least 20 years. Within the last 3 plus years this company has turned into a customer rip off by LL Bean and the quality of their service and products are poor in quality for one. This is the 3rd time I have been ripped off by them. I have received products the wrong color, wrong size and discounted to try and get my money back on their mistake. They are a deceiving company and most products are not American made. For many years they never had locks on the doors in Freeport ME. When they changed their return policy close to the same time they put locks on their doors... wonder why.
For many years I would write to them thanking them for their quality and very quick service. The good old boy company turned into a rip off the general public who made them one great company... to now... one of the worst. I hope people see what I'm seeing and stop buying from this company. If I saved a few shoppers from buying from this company my mission is fulfilled. 30 year in the military I protected people and companies like this and thanked by getting ripped off by them.

Received a half rug that did not match, told to send picture I did. First I called Rhody Rug Inc and they told me to call rugs direct, they are the manufacturer only, right there I got a red flag. Than I called a Gabriel Ventura with rugs direct... said send a picture, which I did and 3 days later he sends me an e-mail asking to answer all four questions. Open up the attachments nothing there? Went back to the message and\the other 3 were if I was sending it back? The question to him was is it the right one? So right there I figured this guy has no idea if it is right or wrong and if I sent it back I get the same color. Looking at the reviews... as terrible customer service etc. etc. Beware this guy is an in between man, knows nothing about 1st common courtesy second on how to help the customer. You have to be nuts to deal with Rugs Direct..

Tip for consumers:
Beware of the in between dealer person selling stuff they have no idea what it is. Treat you like crap on service. Save your self argervation by dealing local. Rug Direct is one of them.
