I expected a delivery from UPS today that required a signature. I eas at home the whole day waiting for this delivery. When it got dark I went to the app to see where is the delivery truck. Surprise - it already passed me, left a note on the door, never rung or knocked and because it was raining never brought the package to my door but quickly left. This is not the first time I have this experience with UPS and the customer is always at the mercy of the driver since there is no remedy for such behavior. I am not a fan of UPS.
UPS is not dependable. Their delivery estimates (days and time) are way out of whack. Today, I waited for a package by following their tracking map so I would be at the door when the truck arrived. Unfortunately, the map showed the truck driving right past my house and heading back to its warehouse in Fife. At that point, when I tried to track on the tracking number from the UPS email by clicking on it, UPS site claimed the number was invalid. So I got on the chat system WHICH IS WORTHLESS; I kept asking for a real person but their chat system does not know what a real person. Eventually "Dexter V" entered the chat and all "he" could say, over and over again, was my package was still out and would be delivered. BUT THERE ARE NO TRUCKS SHOWN ON YOUR MAP and I got the same spiel again and again. A week ago, for another package, I received the UPS text that my package had been delivered on my doorstep. I was at the door. There was no UPS truck, no package. Sometime later, a driver showed up and explained he had delivered the package to the wrong house blocks away. This happens again and again. I make plans to stay home for a package that is due and *poof* it doesn't show up and I have to clear my schedule to stay home another day. What delivery system can we trust? Not UPS, not USPS (and don't get me started on them). I am housebound. I depend on deliveries. And I am mad. Now this review site, which is NOT secure, wants me to upload my receipt for the item in the package. How dumb do they think we are? The only thefts of my credit card numbers have been from within vendors.

It's long past time UPS should be shut down and replaced, even if it is by DHL. Mistakes and dropped deliveries are sop with UPS. Incompetence and inexcusable failure to deliver are everyday problems that SHOULD have been eliminated
Got updated 3 days in a row stating my package would be delivered on Friday between 1:15 - 3:15. So I moved my work schedule around to accommodate this as a signature was required only for UPS to reschedule my delivery at 1:12 pm on Friday telling me it's been rescheduled for Monday. Now I can understand a delay but three minutes before the delivery window for a two day delay is ridiculous. I took off work for this and UPS can't even be bothered to tell me till the last minute, I wouldn't recommend or use UPS if you have a choice. Support the USPS instead.
UPS has gotten expensive on they're shipping, you would think for the costs of shipping they could ship packages on time and they sure don't refund the cost of shipping when they are late! Terrible service! I would give them no star if possible, FedEx is much better!

One of the worse courier companies i have experiences. I was expecting a delivery UPS said will be delivered today by evening it was delayed and moved to the next day the next day i waited and it was delayed to the next day this happened everyday till a week. Then I called them and they said Customer was not available at home and they dropped it at the local pickup point. (which is a lie as I work from home and I am available everyday). Nonetheless I went to pick up at the address they gave it was not available there. I called to ask they said its in the truck the driver took it to another city which is like a 100 kms away go again the next day to pick up. This again continued for 2 days after which I finally picked up my package.
Worst delivery service in the world! They never deliver when they say they will deliver or the show up at midnight for a package that has to have a signature so you wasted an entire day waiting on these pieces of crap!
I am so disappointed in UPS that we shipped my mother in law's rocking chair from Seattle, Washington to Pembroke Pines, Florida. My shipment was delayed by two days, and we made sure the representative had the correct address and we verified the address for the shipment. We tracked the package online...it was a problem with the address the apartment # was missing. I called UPS in Seattle, and the information was corrected on the label. We paid over $600 for the shipment. I don't know what happened between Seattle and Pembroke Pines. Why the apartment # was dropped from the label, and we are still waiting on the package to be delivered two days later.
This company can only be described as a nightmare if you have to deal with them! They do not care, are uncooperative. Disorganized, they dont communicate from there different branches. Created a problem for me and then put me through hell for two weeks trying to sort it out and the problem was never solved!
I have never had a problem with ups before until I moved into this neighborhood I'm in. First off they don't ever read the clear numbers on the houses and so packages get taken to 3 streets over. But this guy came knocking on my WINDOW at the door instead of the actual door or doorbell. It's common sense that you don't knock on someone's window! We had a return and I totally get that people can be in time sensitive jobs BUT that does not mean be snobby, keeps banging the window and tell someone "that you have to manage your time and you don't wanna hang around." My husband was very nice to this man and said one second. We've all had times where we get so busy we forget things and all he did was forget to tape the box. The guy proceeded to snatch the box from him. Had I been at the door this man would have gotten cussed out.
Ounce I have ordered the gift for my granddaughter from Barnes and Noble and have package delivered to my family's house,what horrible UPS Ground is a big devastation to be unsuccessful to deliver the package to my family 's house. As the result, I call my family to pick up it at local Post Office! What a big bastard!

I was sent packages from my work to my home the driver beat on my door so hard that a picture frame fell off the wall that had been there for going on almost 2 years now and broke and this item was from my girlfriend's deceased parents it was a handmade picture frame given to her mom on their 60th wedding anniversary which can no longer be replaced anyway shape or form the driver left the packages with my neighbor we live in apartment complex which according to them is not a standard because of you don't necessarily always know who your next door neighbor is in an apartment complex was told by two different supervisors that they would talk to the driver luckily my neighbor is a very nice lady or she could have made off with some expensive equipment then the following day the same driver delivers more packages leaves a note that's unlegible and delivers the packages to the apartment manager all this after me telling both supervisors anything for me needs to be signed for by me after speaking to get a third supervisor who offered nothing but to say well we'll just stop delivering to you I said that's fine from from now on I will personally use FedEx at least they have people there that care about their customers
I have absolutely had it at this point. I've called five times, confirmed a pickup and nobody has come any of the five CONFIRMED pickup times. Asked to speak with management as i work for a company and these packages are transactional... was told i couldn't speak with management. You guys do not even deserve one star.
The delivered my package to other address. They claimed that street name was in my area and similarly named. Still didn't get my package and waiting for them to pick it up from wrong address and deliver to me.
This place sucks! Horrible horrible customer service and never got my package delivered! You cannot count on this company to send your stuff on time!
My shipment was delayed for over a week because they decided they wanted to keep my product in their truck for a week. When I called to ask hey where is my product? They simply told me it will get there the next day. This went on for days, for two straight days, they didn't even know where my package was. They sent me to the wrong truck to pick up my package. The truck had no packages on board.
