Love using this site they do awesome work and the prices are decent. However I feel there needs to be a better system for when writers are not available so that the next writer has a decent amount of time.
I've had nothing but good experience using Ultius. They don't have many reviews because people don't like saying they used the service. But it's really not a a big deal anyways. They seriously helped me through some tough points in my school and I'm not ashamed to say it.
So far I've had a positive experience with Ultius. They helped me with my dissertation in the past and the writers respond very quickly to any changes or requests you need, same with the support chat service and email to ask any questions almost immediately which impresses me. I will continue using this service because it has given me outstanding results in passing my course work! :) Highly recommended.
Ultius is my go-to writing service! When I simply have too many assignments for me to handle, I pass one off to them and they always to a great job! If there are any issues with the work, you can request a revision and they fix it promptly! Overall great company!

Got my order on time and it was delivered with quality. Used this website several times now and its the best in the business when it comes to essay writing. Definitely a website I will be recommending!
Customer service is not about service. They are about making money. Their customer service people are not always helpful- at least one laughs at you and then basically hangs up if you have a problem with your order.
So if there are any problems with your service request hope that you don't get her. The writers on the other hand are really good.
Customer support gives generic replies, seems robotic at times.
Doesn't seems flexible. Support seems more like a gate keeper more than anything else. They seems to have no control over writers.
The whole system inside, doesn't let you have instant communication with the writers.
Like not having an instant chatbox with writers.
Some writers are good and fast inside though.

Since the writers are independent contractors scattered across the United States, the support team has the same access, communication wise, as a client. We apologize for that, but it comes with the freelance writer territory. I do understand your point about an instant chat box. The messaging system is the way clients can instantly communicate with their writers, but the writer would have to be logged into his or her Ultius account at the same time in order for a client to have a speedy reply. Unfortunately, we cannot require independent contractors to operate under a schedule. What I would suggest is messaging a writer and asking if he or she is available during certain parts of the day to chat back and forth using our messaging system. It would require a writer and client to agree, but it never hurts to ask!
As we grow, we continuously think about ways to improve our services, so I'm forwarding your feedback to our developer team. It would not result in any immediate changes, but as I mentioned to you, it wouldn't hurt to ask if there's a way to add new features to our current system.

Actually, they didn't help me. Because they told me that my topic was too specific which means they couldn't find the writer. Then they simply told me that can't help me and refund my money without any trouble. Good customer service. Probably recommend.

My experience with this site is unique. I'm an English teacher, and I often send my students home with short essay questions, because it's the only way I can truly measure what they're thinking. One of my best, yet somewhat troubled students, recently turned in work that was below his usual standards of clean, concise writing. When I questioned him, he broke down crying, and he said the paper had come from this site. The paper was a mess. The writing was stunted, artificial, and derivative. My advice: If you're going to cheat, or in your case, make money off cheaters, make sure you're at least qualified to do so. Those of you who had a bad experience, serves you right for your cheating. Those of you who had a great experience, your teachers are watching. We're not stupid. We know you're not that good.

There are many other services out there that can give you much better papers. Ultius has been late on 2 of 4 of my orders. One of them being extremely late. The writer just "gave up" and they had to reassign a new one when it was already late.
The customer service likes to pretend they care at all about your paper. Just steer far away from this company. They DO NOT have their stuff together. If you don't care about tardiness, quality, and customer service, go ahead and use them. I will never use Ultius again.

In fact they contacted me a day later saying the writer produced an additional page and we would like to invoice you for it. Are these guys kidding me or what? How is that making it right for me? Finding a good editor can be a difficult task for any writer. Finding one that can reliably meet deadlines on orders of great length can be even harder. Worst site I have ever used. Paid $120 for essay to be done within two days, three days later, the writer has changed the due date to suit himself as the writer was apparently sick. $#*! happens but then put me in a difficult situation. Nothing done to help me out. Finally the essay came through, I had asked the writer to re write and improve the previous essay. No change whatsoever. So i basically paid for a nervous breakdown, an extra copy of the essay I already had, and wanted to be improved with absolutely no change to the original whatsoever. Then paid another $56 for a revision to be done within 12 hours. It has now been two days and has expired. No news from anyone. Incredibly disappointed. Absolutely ridiculous. Biggest waste of my money i have experienced in life thus far.

I've never seen (or written, for that matter) a paper of this quality before. It's quite the spectacle! Of course the paper is going to be a little on the expensive side, but I honestly do believe this is the only trustworthy site out there that will deliver exactly what you asked for. There were some issues with it being slightly late from its advertised deadline, but I made sure to leave some leeway for the actual date it was due. As long as you do that, you will be very happy with the result :)
