This is a great service that exceeds my expectations on certain projects while simply meeting them on others. I have never been disappointed. It is fairly priced and the communication before and during the project is good.
I ordered many time in the past on Ultius and so far I should say I've had positive experience with them. They provide quality services in a timely fashion. Something I like about them is the timing: some works were even completed days before the actual due date. Most of the works I ordered were of a decent quality and plagiarim-free indeed. Whenever I had an issue of some sort, support team was always there to help, You could ask for a free review of your paper should you not be satisfied with it anyways
The first time I used this service is barley got a passing grade. The next time my assignment was wrong and when I requested a correction it was two days late. This service is horrible and they are dishonest about deadlines. I was very dissatisfied with their work. They screw you over and offer a 15 percent discount on your next order, how crafty.
I am extremely disappointed in the product I received. I paid for original content and a quick turn around and received back my original essay with one paragraph that added no context to the essay. When I asked for a re-write I was told it would be done in 24 hours. It has now been an additional 24 hours and no one will return my calls. I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. $90 wasted.

I paid a week ago for a paper. The day before the assignment was suppose to be due I realize the writer cancelled. Upper management or customer service was not aware until I said something. I gave them some time to find someone else and still not completed. The assignment was id was *******. I was a real customer. Yes, Ultius apologized but it was not genuine because there was no owner ship to the apology. How is the assignment out of your scope of service if the writer accepted the assignment? Then cancel a day before the assignment is due and I had to make customer service aware of the issue. I attached the two screenshots where the writer accepted the assignment and also the apology... Moving forward give your customers some notice if you do not agree to write an assignment and also own your apology..

I am an international student studying master in USA. I have always had trouble with writing. As a college student I don't have a lot of time, and I really don't like the idea that I have to take a bunch of pointless general education classes not related to my major. Costumer support is very friendly and helpful! Papers are completed on time! Which is very important. As to the quality of writing, I must say that their writers definitely speak English, an obvious requirement when your writing an English paper, you would think, but not for most other sites. I would not qualify their writing as top-scale but it is not poor quality either. You can call it a happy medium. They are pricey but they wont make you want to pull every hair on your head compared to other sites that undoubtedly do, specially when your on a last minute call.

For instance, order 65388's instructions called for "any type of research proposal," which your writer provided. When you asked for a revision, there was some speculation that there was a misunderstanding regarding the instructions and the research proposal should be based upon a real life problem in your field.
On March 30, an editor wrote: "Hello, if we could get an idea of a problem or research question that would be applicable to your work situation that would be very helpful. Since the proposal needs to be based on something applicable to you, we need to know a little about you." You replied the next day and roughly 8 hours later, we delivered your revision.
Your real life setting and career passions can only come from you. Our clients' confidentiality is very important to us, but it is possible to give information that is not tied to any of your personal information.
I do agree that late deliveries severely impact clients' abilities to use our services accordingly, and I am very sorry about your order's delay. I'd be happy to discuss any other concerns, with this order or the other order you mentioned, you have.
