When I had payment problem I was freaking out. I called the girls at customer support and it got worked out. Call them and let us know back here hiw it turned out.
I agree with Stephanie. The first time you use the site there are a couple of extensive steps to make sure you are you and that the payment is coming from you. I think its good actually. They do the work on the front end so there is no confusion on the back end.
Customer service is extremely helpful and quick with a response
