My first experience as a new customer made me nervous. There were some problems with the deadline and then with the end product. I was actually in the process of writing a fraud review when they got in touch with me and in the end three different people made an effort to reach out and help me get the problems fixed. If it hadn't been a deadline problem I would have given five stars for the amount of personal attention they gave me and how good the final product was.
I have used Ultius multiple times and the quality of work has been great and has met my needs. My most recent writer has become my favorite and I have already requested them again. Customer service is very proactive in addressing any concerns and stays on top of your order.
I have been using this company since July 2015. I have used other sites in the past and not service like this. I have received papers that were well written and if there was a problem or delay I have not had a problem getting it resolved. I am definitely happy and will continue to use them.

Ive used this company 6x now and I can't express how grateful I am to have found this company. Between work, school and being a single dad I just don't have the time to write 5-10 page papers for my Masters degree classes. I am starting to think this is a well-marketed lie. I was very skeptical about this service, but I could not meet this deadline. If I did not make take any action to contact the company about my paper, then they might as well rob me of my money. I feel stupid for believing this is a real service. I extended my deadline and still no word from the company. The customer service is okay. The representative are nice, but they will not follow up with you like they promise. I will update once I have my paper. For now, my ratings is one star. It would be a negative star if I have the option.

Really helps when you're in a bind. More expensive than other sites, but worth it. You get what you pay for. Be clear, detailed, and specific about what you need. Also they usually have discount codes available. Downside is if you need a revision, even if they did not follow specific instructions given, a free revision is a 3-day wait. You have to pay more if you want it sooner and it is usually deadline or past by then. If they didn't follow clear directions they should do revision immediately and at no extra charge... but they charge you more... so allow extra time if possible.
This is a scam, I had a deadline of a week and my writer claimed that they had "computer problems". That is not my fault, and the company should have handled that. I am yet to receive my $230 paper or get any sort of refund. I will absolutely never order again, nor should anyone else.

It was great to find this site, they really work with you and do a great job. Working full time, being a wife and mother of 2 small children. This site saved my life when I was running out of time to get that paper turned in on time.

I do understand it is frustrating, especially if clients offer detailed instructions. In the event a writer did not follow your instructions, we can always waive the expedited revision fee. All of our writers are independent contractors so we are legally obligated to give them three days to complete any revisions per their contracts. When clients need their revisions sooner than three days, we have to reassign the revisions, so we charge a small fee in order to compensate the revision writer.
