I have tried a few other sites that offer the same services, but most didn't meet my standards or my schools. Please, if you are reading this and you are considering this site because you don't have time to write your paper: RUN AWAY. Try another website, but please don't waste your money I this. I regret it every single day. I wasted my savings in an important paper, and not only I will fail the course, but I feel horrible because I've been saving money for a long time. The writer didn't follow my instructions, I told him to tell me the topic before starting to write because I needed to check with my instructor. He told me the topic 2 days before the deadline, and the paper was already finished. Of course, I knew this would happen: the topic didn't make any sense, and the paper was just all over the place. It should have been a research proposal but it was just a bunch of scientific articles summarized. I'm so disappointed.

I placed an order with Ultius and they were not able to complete the order before the due date. I have requested a refund and heard nothing. I sent three emails and spoke with Nick on the phone. I understand that processing a refund may take time, but common courtesy would be to respond to the email so I know that it is being worked on. I also spoke with Nick several times while waiting on my order to be completed, and he promised me that it would get done. I am not happy with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was just on the phone with tech support and the TS name was Christopher. He was very rude. When I called and tried to speak to him, he hung up on me. I tried calling him back and he had turned the phones off so no in coming calls could come in.
I then tried chatting with him. He didn't know who I was and again he was very rude. I can't believe Ultius has this guy representing them on their tech support team. He is not a team player and could ruin their business with his attitude.
Just because of this guy, I would not recommend that you deal with Ultius at all. He is a very nasty and hateful person.
I'm not even going to give them 1 star. He ruined that for Ultius as far as i am concerned.

Writers beware - they ask for a full researched sample on a specific topic to be submitted in 72 hrs before they accept you as a writer. Professional writers do not complete in depth pieces for free. SCAM!

One of the worst and most unprofessional companies I've come across. $#*!ty writers, most likely high school kids writing essays way above their grade. Asked the writer what his qualification was, he refused to answer. I believe if I'm paying 150 bucks for an essayl I need to know the calibre of the person writing it. Needless to say essay looked like it was written by an eight grader off of generic points, worse customer service, requested a reedit, but the manager "thought" it didn't need one. LOL what a joke. They probably spend more money replying to these reviews than paying their essay writers. Shame.

I can't really write. I'd like to think I can, but if you look at the grades on my last few film theory papers, you'll get what I'm saying. Anyway, I had a 13 page film theory paper due on structuralism and post structuralism that needed be done and I didn't know where to start. I came across Ultius. I was skeptical because there are tons and tons of services just like them online but decided to give it a go. I paid my money and uploaded the documents. The writer I got was very friendly. It was about 2 hours before they were supposed to get my paper to me, and I received it. I have to say I was very impressed with the quality. I called in to let them know how impressed I was and that I'd order from them again in a heartbeat. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because no company is perfect and there is always room for improvement.
I used Ultius to write a very detailed research paper with proper apa citations and opted to hhave it completed within a week. The writer finished early and my paper came back with no revisions. The paper received excellent feedback. I couldn't have been happier. I will continue to use this service because they guarantee their work and are all college graduates. No fancy story. I ordered a paper to save me research time. The paper was accurate to my instructions. I ran it through a plaigerism checker, and all the warning areas were cited correctly. Sometimes I wonder if people realize that quotes are supposed to come up as 'not original content', so long as they are cited properly. Sometimes I don't think my TAs know that! Anyway, fair price for what I got. I called support when my payment wouldn't go through, and didn't get some call center from India, so that was good. Five stars because I got what I asked for, most places don't give you that these days.
Maybe a little pricey compared to the other sites out there, but Ultius is the real deal. The writer was actually helpful and friendly, and I had no issues communicating with them. The site's interface is nice, clean, and professional, and I really liked how easy it was to order and then upload whatever docs and files and stuff the writer asked for. No problems from me, 5 stars!
I gave them my dissertation for the editing purpose, they made absolutely no effort to compliment my work with the formatting, and nothing was in accordance to what I had requested. I had to do it all by myself.
