Papers are good but not always timely. It's important to stay on top of the writers and give a 12-24 hr window in case of revisions. If you find a writer you like it's worth it to save them to your favorite list so work is sourced to them for future projects.
They really do an original job. The work is thorough and error free. I've used other sites, but they often give you low grade work. Ultius actually is 100% legit. I've used them 3 times so far and no problems whatsoever on 15+ page graduate papers. Grade A work. You can't ask for anything more

Like many of the reviewers before me, I was nervous about placing an order. However, I was immediately put in touch with a writer who took the time to ask questions and fully understand what I needed. I have since place multiple orders with Ultius and plan to continue using them in the future. I have been very happy with everything they have produced and feel it is well worth the money!
I didn't think the paper would actually turn out well, but it did! Ultius got me a solid A- on a statistics project that I submitted 2 weeks in advance. I had to call them and make sure everything was okay with the paper, but it turned out good in the end. I am very pleased with their service, and I really like how you can call and talk to a person live. I will definitely use them again if I get another assignment that I don't want to do.
The orders are usually completed and a final copy is given, but not all orders are done in a timely manner (at least not within the deadline). Some writers write very well and others not so much. Also, dislike that you have to pay to request a writer now. Would be nice to get a discount code at least once a month or depending on how many pages are being ordered. Could cost a lot to get 2 pages written, just so that the order is delayed in the end.

I Literally, typed out a paragraph to explain the specific instructions that must be followed. I paid extra for a premium writer and proofreading and not only was the instructions not followed, but I had to pay to have a revision done in less than 3 DAYS?!?! Even if it's not your fault! So, it was way pass it's due date. My paper was marked down for being late as well.:-(
Hi Catherine! First of all, I am sincerely sorry the writer did not follow the initial instructions. In fact, thank you for providing so many details. Unfortunately, in this case, the writer did not add material from your proposal and used her own subtitles, which deviated from your instructions.
Using the revision feature was of course your most viable solution, but I noticed you requested the complimentary 3 day revision delivery option and understandably so, since it is free. However, sometimes that timeline doesn't work for certain orders. In those cases, never feel like you can't reach out to our Customer Support Team.
There are ways to forward urgent revision requests to our management team for approval. Urgent requests typically have a fee because we, unfortunately, cannot guarantee the original writers' availability since they are independent contractors. Subsequently, we need to encourage new writers to pick up revisions and that often takes extra resources. Nevertheless, we are always willing to work with our clients, so just give our 24/7 support team a call, text, or email should you ever run into this situation again. We hope it does not, but we wanted to assure you that we would be completely there for you if it did.

Hello, I have used Ultius for at least 4 times, and each time I had a excellent experience. Customer service is very helpful at assisting you on delivering a good paper. They include everything that is required by your instructor in the paper. The only thing you have to do is copy and paste the instructions, the work is in their hands! Give them a try; you will not be disappointed.
I have utilized Ultius twice now and plan to use them again real soon. Both times I received prompt service and received services that were far better than I received from other writing/editing sites. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with a school paper, report, thesis, etc.

The first writer assigned to me was not very communicative but the customer service immediately responded to my complaint. I requested a different writer and this time communication is not a problem.
