The first writer assigned to me was not very communicative but the customer service immediately responded to my complaint. I requested a different writer and this time communication is not a problem. The writer responds within minutes, clarifies questions to ensure that I get exactly what I need. The papers are of high quality and sent to me ahead of deadlines. The writer is super nice, too. Except the little glitch at first, so far the service exceeds my expectations. Maybe not the cheapest service around but definitely worth every dime. I am satisfied and would recommend Ultius.
Tip for consumers:
There are writers and there are writers. Different customers also have different expectations. My high priority is timely communication. I would expect at least one contact a day. Some writers may not be in a hurry to send their responses. If you are fine with that, great. If not, you can always request a different writer. Just make sure you have enough time before your paper is due so you can take care of all possible glitches. The service is very professional and high quality.
