Actually, they didn't help me. Because they told me that my topic was too specific which means they couldn't find the writer. Then they simply told me that can't help me and refund my money without any trouble. Good customer service. Probably recommend.

We are a very client-oriented company and some topics and orders, unfortunately, do fall outside the scope of our services, which is why when we catch these orders, we try to ensure that our clients are notified right away and make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you.
