The company should be named scam factory, these people spoiled my Singapore trip, rude driver hired by them in Singapore, who leaves you anytime without any intimation, above that he blames us without even approaching us or the hotel staff. First they follow up each and every day till your payment is done, once the payment is done they don't care and we have to follow up for each and every thing, till date I have not received my TCS certificate, now as the last date for ITR filing is gone, there is no use of TCS Certificate, I lost my money. Pathetic employees in the company. After posting reviews one of the employee calls us to delete the review and promise to give the service and after deletion there is no botheration about the promise done, this is my 2nd review after deletion of 1st review.
Third class service, before you book the package, they will take the follow up each and every day, once you book the package, they start showing their true colours, then we have to take the follow up for each and every thing, even the service is pathetic during the trip, they have hired arrogant driver in Singapore, till date I am following up for my TCS certificate from the past 1 year, now they are not even bothered to respond, the reception casually replies that they will get back and never get back to us.
We recently went on a family holiday to Singapore and Malaysia, organized thro Trip Factory. This was my 5th year of association with them. As usual Trip Factory team did a fantastic job of planning, coordinating the entire trip more joyous and pleasant experience to me and my family at competitive price. Last minute changes were accommodated. Telegram communication was very useful. Prior update on entire trip plan and daily update on pickup and cab details were awesome. The local tour operators also did a great job in providing great hospitality to all of us, which made us feel at home, even when we are away from home. Thanks to entire team for the great support and cooperation. I would certainly recommend Trip Factory to my friends and family, and I will also continue our journey with them for all future tours. Worst experience. Pls don't book your trips with this company. Totally in organised and they don't have proper communication among themselves... bunch of stupid and unprofessional ppl running this flop company. Pls shut it down and sit at home
Book your own trip don't believe them, they spoiled my family trip. They gave us resort in the middle of nowhere they are not trustworthy and do not provide any kind of support, they will not give any contact other than telegram so you are just stuck messaging them
There former employee is taking money on Trip factory account name and they never knew it, how intelligent, brilliant there services are.
I got a call from Mr Gurucharan (Terminated by company), still he is holding the companies credentials and sharing details to many persons directly on behalf of trip factory account.

They managed the trip well. Co-ordinators had information ahead of time. Local transfers were managed well too. All hotels are good, the food fine, taxi and driver service is good, all the trip was nice.

Well organised & managed trip. No glitches at all. Always connected and informative with us. Few hidden aspects could have been made aware to us.(Big Boat - Phi Phi Island). You should also have some authority on hotels to put across requests made by guest, as a tour operator. If you are expecting a Hassel free trip/vacation please do not book through "TripFactory" company.
Non cooperative employees especially "Bidesh" and "Aishwarya", Thanks to the poor planning and co-ordination of the above people we could not enjoy our trip to the fullest. Our simplest of the requests were denied upright.
We missed seeing the most important place in Gangtok the nathula pass due to "Aishwarya's" pathetic planning. When confronted with our concerns she disappeared for days.
The telegram group was a waste.
Darjeeling hotel booked by them was a dumpster. We were lucky to not catch any disease from the locality/hotel where we stayed. I am sure the positive reviews seen on google are all paid! Do not trust them.
Great tour with Trip Factory... It was my first experience but found satisfactory with nice professional organization... Good systems developed where one should not have to take follow up for anything. Everything has happened on their own time and when required. Thanks...

We approached Tripfactory to suggest Honeymoon destinations. Agent was very patient in tailoring the holiday package for us and they have excellent support team to assist us while in trip.
My only regret is that I paid too much for this holiday. The moment I purchased local Sim in Dubai Airport, I was handed a voucher book that offered 1 free ticket for every ticket purchased. We could have done almost all the activities at a half rate.

1. Travel agent was rude and not Professional
2. Gave false promises before the trip
3. Once the initial payment is made, they will not follow up for further details.
4. They will not give you proper details for claiming your LTA.
5. They don't honor their words.
6. They are not worth of running a Travel agency with the current trip advisors

With regards to the points mentioned by you, please note that we shall be able to arrive at a resolution only after we have received and verified your TFN and can investigate the details.
1. Once we have your trip reference number, we will know the name of your assigned travel expert. We follow a strict code in all our communications with clients. Since we also record all calls and messages for quality purposes, we can quickly verify whether your expert was rude and not professional. In case this has happened, we will certainly take necessary action and preventative measures.
2. As I have mentioned before, we maintain records of all communications made by our travel agents. If any promises have been made in writing that have not been fulfilled, please communicate the same to us.
3. After the initial payment of 25 percent of your trip fare and flight charges up front, you are required to complete the rest of your payment up to 21 days (or 3 weeks) before day of travel. Our team must follow up after the initial stage of payment to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience – as there are impending payments to be made for services provided. And in the case of international travel, we are also required to regularly follow up for various documentations, visa details, flight tickets etc. If you have experienced differently, please let us know.
4. We would like to firmly contest this point. If you submit your correct documents, we make sure to provide you your LTA – we do that for 5 percent of our customers on a weekly basis. Once you have shared your travel details and the requisite documentation is complete, we will share with you your documents for LTA.
5. We pride ourselves on being a passionately customer-centric company, and if you have had an experience where you feel that we have not honoured our word, do let me know and we shall resolve this straight away.

Trip Factory organization was good but there are few thing they didn't tell me about the return back filling form which i am quite disappointed. But overall its was really good!
Well organised tour to langkawi from Bangalore. But needs to plan better by covering more important places. Hotel n transport good. Service support on tour through telegram group is appreciated. More information on must see places with customers is needed before trip finalisation.

Trip factory charges higher and no additional service. Upon asking for refund for extra hotel charge, they bluntly said can offer voucher which can be used for your next purchase.

Guys dont trust TripFactory. Before booking take the confirmation from agent for each and everything. Other wise agent(company also may be) demand for the more money at the last moment if you are not ready to pay demanded money they will cancel the travel and for getting money back will take at least 14 days till our entire plan will be vanished.
Even they wont give you any compensation also.the reason behind writing this comment is that I wish others dont get this situation.

I had lot of issues with hotel Room and transfer we all suffered a lot because of it.
Very bad service from your end will never book any package from your sight.
No proper communication with the agents and supply is very bad. They made us wait hours together in the lobby for giving rooom n transfer.

Extremely bad, poor and ill - mannered of handling our trip by TripFactory team. We had booked a trip for Prague Vienna and Budapest. It took them months to search for alternate hotel options and that too they searched for expensive ones and on top of that the extreme rude behaviour of Mr. Ritesh Mishra who thinks he can speak to customers in any manner he wants to. We wanted a confirmation on mail with regards to one of our hotel bookings in Vienna for a double bed to which still they are not ready to. Have had to fight for this.
