Everything had been arranged perfectly by Trip Factory and went smoothly. The accommodation was very comfortable.

The only problem came on the last day when we got to know that we had a connecting flight to Delhi as we had already informed you that we don't need any connecting flights. But still thanks for all the assistance given to make this a memorable holiday.

Travelled to Thailand with TripFactory n it was my third trip with them. Really awesome trip. No hassles absolutely. All the hotels arranged were damn good, transfers provided were outstanding and everything went as per itinerary.We clearly felt that our expectations exceeded when on last day itinerary said lunch not included but to our surprise it was also provided. Professional management, helpful, friendly and cost effective. Our association is going to be long with Tripfactory. Compared prices with fellow tourists who came through other agencies and we understood that v got the best airlines, best hotels and best arrangements at the best poosible prices.

Its never easy when you are coordinating with international agencies and a few hiccups are expected naturally but even those were not visible, they managed it so perfectly. Thank you so much for the awesome arrangements.

Our trip was to multiple locations and involved multiple activities and multiple services providers. Martina handled it like a superstar and we hardly had any glitches. We were provided everything as promised and never was left stranded wondering " what next "? We also were travelling as a big fat Indian family with 12 people ranging from 3 year old to 65 year old and every age group was well taken care of.

The guides allotted were excellent with their skills. Local Agent "Sahil" was an add-on superstar but Martina definitely takes the 1st place and I would definitely recommend trip-factory to friends and family only because of these two.

Bunch of our friends planned this trip and initially we had no clue as to how to proceed. We did some googling and came up with list of places. But booking them online was a complete mess. Tripfactory just did the job for us. Starting from picking us from the airport to dropping us back, all the transits during the entire stay and local bookings were neatly managed. We stayed for 5 days and we never needed to even speak a word to our taxis coz they were present on Time and were aware of our plans. Highly recommend

Excellent service. We had booked itinerary for Leh, Ladakh for 10 days and everything was arranged very well. I was little afraid of booking a trip online after once been cheated by some other travel agency (named Trip Times Now). But Trip Factory proved me wrong. Right from the day 1 till they always follow up with you. They will keep in touch with you before and during the trip. Everything was very smooth. The hotels booked were also pretty decent. Also, they made sure the driver reaches on time to pick and drop us from airport and to the spots.

First of all I would say I gave the best travelling experience with trip factory. They have given us the best deals at a nominal price. The services were good. Starting from hotel tour guide everything was well planned. The trip factory suggested us the best hotels. I didn't have to deal with any sort of inconvenience.
