Trip Factory has pathetic service. Please don't trust this site. We had booked a trip to ooty and I got diagnosed with jaundice. I had to cancel the plan and informed trip Factory 5 days in advance. We were assured of refund by them. Now it has been 2 months we did not get any refund. We have given them all the proofs/reports to validate the genuineness of the disease. Please don't fall in their trap.
Trip to Andamans was to be a great one as promised by this company executives.
But on landing in Havelock, the true colors of this company were exposed. Very much disappointed and will not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone.

We got the refund after really begging and pestering them for a month. I really had to fight for this. I got a message on sitejabber from an agent from trip factory telling me to remove the review now that we have got the refund. I am not going to remove the review; so making this update to be fair to them.

Booking with trip factory was my biggest mistake! Worst tour agency i've ever used
We booked andaman tour with them. First of all their coordinators are poor and some of them were extremely rude. But during the trip lot of things weren't delivered and we were supposed to get a significant refund. They kept playing us around saying that we will get the refund then they started ignoring us they never paid. They will call you again and again before the trip to ask for payment but when its time to refund some of the money, they will just ignore you. They duped us. These people are basically thieves.

Pathetic experience with trip factory. We booked a trip for leh ladakh. At the time of booking we paid the complete trip amount. And after 4 days they called up and said we got the flight booking for u but we are predicting that this wl be cancelled on that particular day and they have cancelled all my booking... I don't know on what basis they have predicted the same and asked us to change dates... There staff is also not at all cooperative. They didn't even answer the calls. In one word. Trip factory is pathetic website..

I am amazed with TripFactory behavior. You do not know your trip Itinerary of an International trip even before 3 days of trip. You cannot plan your leisure days at all. They keep it so confidential and god knows for what reason. Team is highly disoriented and confused within. Mail responses are not at all in line with what the planner from this company commit. Worst stay in thekkady after sometime i have to fight with seasons thekkady n I got a decent stay i dont know why you didn't have Hotel grand Thekkady as ur option.
Cab driver: ok ok. However too much liquor smell in the car which would have been avoided.
Cab drivers should have a decent accommodation n food.
Boat House, enjoyed a lot i should have skidded rest of the places n i should have stayed in boat house instead. Loved it. 4 Ratings for service person prashanth in the boat house.
Munnar misty lake resort, good stay n food. Good choice for couple. Good service. Fort cochin beach good place to relax but in the evening.

Well organised & managed trip. No glitches at all. Always connected and informative with us. Few hidden aspects could have been made aware to us.(Big Boat - Phi Phi Island). You should also have some authority on hotels to put across requests made by guest, as a tour operator. I booked my package from Trip factory in February 2018, and the trip was for july 18, team was really helpful and prompt since the day 1. There were minor issues in the itinerary (which are expected, I think it's ok to have issues)but most important thing they were all resolved timely and team were always there for any help. There were more than two instances where the pick up from hotel in bali for site seeing was getting late (driver got stuck in traffic) but team immediately arranged a new cab. Overall, I am very satisfied with everything.

We had been to HongKong and Macau along with family members and Prakash had done a stupendous job in organizing a wonderful one. He made sure every bit of the trip was very well taken care of without any hiccups. Overall it was a great experience. Drivers were nicely trained and vehicles were neat and clean. The drivers took good care of the vehicle. However a few suggestions which I hope you will consider-
1. Drivers arrive 15 min prior the allotted slot which is good. But if they arrive early, they should not call before the allotted slot and ask where to park the vehicle as we being tourists have no idea about a new place.
2. One driver should be there for visit to a single place so that pick up is easy to coordinate. Now we had different drivers for drop and pick up so it was difficult to fix a pick up spot.

Trip Factory helped me book to Andaman Tour Package one a very reasonable price along with the right set of Hotels Provided. At first I was skeptic about the site and the plan of the tour, because at a point of time, there was no confirmation of the hotel for me even before 4 days of my travel, but they have promised and has given me a upgraded and a better hotel with private beach. I strongly recommenced to plan your trip with these guys. They will make everything smooth. Unlike the big sites like makemytrip or clear trip or in-fact for any other websites, they cannot even make things better at such a price as trip factory did those thing for me.

We approached Tripfactory to suggest Honeymoon destinations. Agent was very patient in tailoring the holiday package for us and they have excellent support team to assist us while in trip.
My only regret is that I paid too much for this holiday. The moment I purchased local Sim in Dubai Airport, I was handed a voucher book that offered 1 free ticket for every ticket purchased. We could have done almost all the activities at a half rate.
