I got to know about trip factory through a friend of mine, though I was little hesitant at the begining I called them, but right from selecting my package to my return journey, the arrangements were perfectly planned. We got the refund after really begging and pestering them for a month. I really had to fight for this. I got a message on sitejabber from an agent from trip factory telling me to remove the review now that we have got the refund. I am not going to remove the review; so making this update to be fair to them.

Booking with trip factory was my biggest mistake! Worst tour agency i've ever used
We booked andaman tour with them. First of all their coordinators are poor and some of them were extremely rude. But during the trip lot of things weren't delivered and we were supposed to get a significant refund. They kept playing us around saying that we will get the refund then they started ignoring us they never paid. They will call you again and again before the trip to ask for payment but when its time to refund some of the money, they will just ignore you. They duped us. These people are basically thieves.

Pathetic experience with trip factory. We booked a trip for leh ladakh. At the time of booking we paid the complete trip amount. And after 4 days they called up and said we got the flight booking for u but we are predicting that this wl be cancelled on that particular day and they have cancelled all my booking... I don't know on what basis they have predicted the same and asked us to change dates... There staff is also not at all cooperative. They didn't even answer the calls. In one word. Trip factory is pathetic website..

I travelled to Dubai which was a well organized trip by TripFactory. They arranged everything properly. I got the Visa on time. Their itinerary team also supported so well in changing the itinerary as per my requirements. Even they manage to change the itinerary during the trip as I wanted to do so. Also their 24x7 telegram support team did an outstanding job. They were always ready to reply my queries and always helped me. This Is Dr. Pramod. 14 of us had planned a trip to Malaysia.
Initially they agreed for our requirements and spoke to us very humbly, once they received the payment, everything changed. What they had promised the hotel stay and the visiting places everything changed according to them.
The previous night of our journey they call us and tell that the required facilities what we have chosen cannot be provided. Idiot VP of tripfactory Sudeep also spoke to me and told the same thing.So many countries I have traveled, but this was my horrible trip because of Tripfactory.

I booked a trip from them, they took 25% of the money and then changed the hotels to the worst place possible. If i see their executive i will get the hell out of him. Don't go for them, better book your own package.

Good deal with you. Got really superb experience. Hotel is not that much good as expected, no higene, no good services. ICS travel agency was fabulous and specially Driver Kantun., He was very polite and helpful. Provide as much as you can like good villas and resorts especially going near beach side places.
