It was a very good experience with Trip Factory, the coordination about the next day events along with details of the cab/driver and the expected ETA was perfect. I was a bit worried earlier after making the payment, I was informed that my trip coordinator had left the company and I was told to call their customer service number which was not working, I then sent an email to them asking for details about new coordinator and was told that someone will get back and no one did and I also came across some bad online reviews. But was soon releived after receiving the instructions of how to download Telegram app and sending message with the trip reference, after which they created a group and added me. All queries were then promptly responded to my satisfaction, all activities for next day along with their details came to me the prior evening. Thanks for all your help and support!

Our Thailand tour was well organised without any flaw. During the trip, very good support was provided through telegram. Kudos to the entire team. Responsible operator if you are taking your family. Hotels were good quality and showed good hospitality especially Sukhumvit citrus.
Our thanks to our tour coordinator Mr. Sridhar at Bangalore who responded to queries politely and made this entire trip worth a lifetime memories. Only thing is we could have been provided one more day at Bangkok.

From the beginning, this program was arranged/organized by Shruthi, and her dedication is outstanding. Much appreciation to her. In Pattaya, the hotel was not up to the mark, there you people need some improvement. Also, we got lots of free time in between, that also should be avoided.

Amazing experience travelling to Dubai and great great support from Naveen, my coordinator for the trip, who helped me a lot before and during my vacation(ofcourse i have had asked him some thousand questions, he was always happy to help and was very polite and the best part, you ping him any point of time, he is ready to help as he promised, thats really cool!)

I used trip factory to plan and execute multi destination tour for my family.
Each and everything was well planned.
They arrange all the hotel at good locations to reduce the traveling time, all the hotel rooms was neat and was facing to right direction (e. G sea facing in kanyakumari.)
The cab driver was well educated and well behaved. He was fluent in hindi, english apart from local language.
We changed our tour plan at after execution they honer the changes without any extra charges.
I recommend every one try once trip factory service this is simply awesome.
Better to not believe on my words experience it once.

I wish to highly recommend TripFactory, an excellent travel agency and the travel consultant Kusum who made it a memorable one for me and my better half. Kusum was very informative and helpful with travel arrangements prior to the journey. I have to say it was an amazing planning and co-ordination starting right from our trip which began from Chennai to Port Blair. We visited a couple of places including Havelock Island, Neils Island and many more.
Overall It was a brilliant trip where the hotels booked were also great and we had on time cab transfers to everywhere. I am very happy with the service provided by trip advisor.

I deeply thank Tripfactory for providing a wonderful honeymoon experience. We travelled to two places in Thailand- Phuket and Bangkok. The accommodation at both hotels were superb - friendly staff and 24x7 support by Tripfactory support staff through telegram app.

Cons - taxi pooling with other bachelors could've been avoided

One of the best travel experience so far... The trip was planned really well. Itinerary was selected and planning really well. Kritgy raj was extremely helpful and promt. The coordinators in andaman were also good. My only low exp was the hotel at port blair for day 1 or else all other hotels were great and the government ferry to Neil's island. I really enjoyed this trip and would recommend it to everyone with family, travelling solo or couples
