Worst experience with Tripfactory when tripped to Dubai in Sep 2024. Horrible team!

Is it a TripFactory or TRAP-Factory you decide. On following incidents happened to me when I travelled to Dubia through "Trip Factory"

I had purchased complete package of 6 days 5 nights including flight, hotels, all entry tickets, local transports, they added to the package ffor 3.4Lac from Sep 21st to Sep 27th 2024 for a family with 3 adults, it is quite expensive, in that off season, but I went as I had no hurdle in Singapore trip earlier through same Trip Factory,

Incident 1:
Day 1: we had to Marina Cruise dinner, as soon as we entered the Cruise, we got a message from TF team saying that, Tomorrow's Underwater zoo is not available, you have to upgrade to Underwater zoo + penguin, for that you have to pay immediately else, we will cancel the event and amount will be refunded.
We got confused, before leaving Bangalore, they said, all events are booked and well set, now they are different story.
We had a little argument on this, we tried to reach our India coordinator, but she was not reachable and her mobile is switched off. Then we searched underwater zoo ticket online and checked but it was available and shared the same to TF team, it is available, why are you asking for upgrade and pay money immediately else cancel the event?, for that their ego got hurts, they were not ready to accept and scared us to cancel the event, with this our Marina Cruize dinner even is ruined. What will you do in this case?

TF has to refund some amount, they confirmed that they will refund once we return, after that, nobody responding to my call/chat/mail, even after 1 month.

As we dad some heated arguments, after that, TF team, started troubling in each and every movements, like, if you made wait the cab for a single minute, that event will be cancelled, or you will be fined and cancel. The event. But fortunately or unfortunately, we were always punctual but the cab was not, cab drivers were asking for excuses most of the time.
Sending wrong tickets, deliberately sending cabs late, so that we should not enjoy the trip and screwed for 3.4 lakhs

Incident 2:
Day 4: we had to visit BAPS temple Abu Dabi. They has sent wrong entry ticket. They sent wrong entry ticket. So, we asked them to send the correct one, as the ticket was not in our name, somebodies name. In entry to the temple, if ticket is verified against our ID proof, we will get caught and entry with somebodies ticket is illegal. When we asked the TF team, they shared some link and asked to register yourself for the entry! But we add huge amount in Lakhs to do these things to TF team!

Incident 3:
Day 5: TF team had purchased Jey Skiing ticket, and we went for that in the evening, there, the Jet Skiing team said, they were not informed about this ticket, so, we can't do Jet skiing, come tomorrow for Jet skiing, what situation we were in?!

Incident 4:
Day 6: that day as per Itinerary, they supposed to pick us for shopping at 10am to 2PM. We requested TF team, 1 day before to send Cab at 9.30 to 1.30PM after that we had free time, so that we can plan for Dolphin show ourself (as it is not part of the package). But they sent the cab at 10.30am, ensure that, they want us to miss Dolphin show.

What do you rate for this trip?
Finally, got message saying, please excuse me. Sorry, I apologize, etc, will that bring back our lost trip happiness? We have spent 3.4lakh for this!

DO NOT BOOK WITH TRIP FACTORY. I was promised a refund but Company is forcing a credit shell. Company hiding behind a mail id.
Hi,

My name is Vijay Bahadur Gupta and I booked a Dubai trip for my family for 22nd March. Trip reference- TFN0020VOLQ. I made full payment to them.

However I cancelled my booking around 5th March when the COVID 19 situation was still evolving. I was given an option of choosing between refund and a credit note by my booking agent and I chose for my refund.

At first I was told that refund will take around 15 days, I contacted them after 15 days and I was told that refund will take around 45-60days due the pandemic.

I understood the situation and did not disturb them for full 60 days.

After 60 days I contacted the booking agent and I was told that the refund will take around 60-90 days after international borders open.

I told the booking agent to please expedite the refund as I need the fund, where in she told me that all employees of the company are on unpaid leaves and she can not do anything.

I got the company's phone number from their website and called them, The call goes to a automated response which replies that due to huge number of calls we can not take calls and you can mail on [protected]@tripfactory.com.

I contacted the travel agent multiple times and told her to provide me a number where I can call and explain my situation, for which the various responses I got were: I do not have numbers of anybody in the company, I am not allowed to share the numbers, etc.

Also I was told that you keep sending the mails on the above said id and somebody will get back to you.

As per the advise I mailed them explaining my situation. I got a reply saying that a Credit shell has been issued in place of refund.

Again, I contacted the booking agent and I was again informed by her that my refund has already been approved then only and I was told to mail again stating all the facts.

I asked the agent for her mail id so that I can include her in the mail conversations going on, surprisingly she refused at first saying that their mail ids were deactivated. She then provided the mail id later.

After sending multiple mails trip factory is still hell bent on issuing credit note only.

And now the booking agent's phone is not in service, convenient.

Now my complaints with the company are:

1. I do not want a credit shell, as I need the funds.

2. My refund has been approved as I did not opt for credit shell.(Informed multiple times by booking agent)

3. Company is hiding behind a mail address, even does not have courtesy to callback when requested multiple times.

4. Somebody in care team even does not read mails and write only about credit shell, validity of five years and hopes for continued patronage.

5. after company the booking agent, who was sole point of contact for me went out of service.

Also in one of the mails the care team tried to make an impression that the company is doing us a favour by giving us the credit shell. This is the line from their mail" We at Tripfactory is giving our contribution by cancelling your booking and the amount of Rs 2, 39, 000/- has been loaded in your credit shell which can be used for your future booking and is valid upto 5 years."

When I asked what is their contribution in the issue, they kept mum.

Now I would strongly suggest to everyone to not book any service from this company as:
1. They have no courtesy to keep the customer informed,
2. They will not take the calls when you need them to,
3. They will go out of service when they do not want to talk,
4. They will not keep their promises.

I feel cheated after the attitude shown by the company till now, it goes on to show the charecter of the company. The way they went into hiding is just shameful, nobody in the management seems to have courage to face the customers. I have not forced them for refund today but they are forcing credit shell on me.

I have attached *******@tripfactory.com, which is founder of the company in all the mails. He has defended his company on many occasions on this forum which goes on to show that this review is reaching him.

Again save yourselves all the trouble, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS with TRIP FACTORY.
There are many travel agencies who thrive on the kind of service the provide

Change of hotel after trip started

On 28th Dec, when I gave approval of my trip to tripfactory for my travel to Coorg, I was promised a hotel "hotel Coorg international" for which I made the payment after looking at the hotel and its location. At that time, I mentioned to Vijay( trip expert) the high rates, and he asked me to check the rates of the hotel. And I saw that it was around Rs 8000/-. I accepted and made the payment.

On 30th Dec, my trip started at 8AM. In the car, I got a call at 12:10 pm that the hotel is not available and there are no other options available. I asked him to give me some time to check the hotel details but he told me that time is running out and there are no other options. So I had to go ahead with the changed options. I agreed as I had my family with me and we were in the middle of travelling. Also I assumed that difference in prices will be taken care of.

When I found the coverage to check online after some time, I saw the changed hotel was displaying rates for Rs 3600. So there a difference of Rs 4400 per day between the rates of the two hotels. This was observed on the first day of the trip itself(30th Dec) after I received a call from trip factory after my trip started. I lodged a complaint and tried to get a response from you multiple times.

Their support team would go on saying that we will sort this out. Nothing was done till today and when we messaged them again today, they responded that nothing can be done about this.

So the rates difference are of Rs 4400/day, that amount should be refunded to me by tripfactory, if it had any ethics and has any trustworthiness, which the company certainly do not have.

First of all, you should not confirm a trip for which you have not done the booking. You cannot change a hotel after the trip has started. You cannot tell the customer in the middle of a trip, that he has no option and he has to go for another hotel. And if you change the hotel to a cheaper hotel, you cannot charge him the same as his earlier expensive hotel. If I had known that they would give me this hotel so far away from city, I would never had gone ahead with the trip.

They doing so, just confirms what a bunch of cheats they are. After my complaint, my travel expert(Vijay) refused to pick up the call and talk to me. These are just signs of cheats who use these cheap tricks to take out money from customers. Avoid this company at every cost.

Pathetic service

We booked for an International trip to Thailand with Trip Factory for in Jan 2019 for the trip in July.

When we began, there was enough support from the travel executive who explained the available options and chalked out a decent plan with us. There were constant follow ups from the executive to ensure we booked our tickets well in advance to save on the dynamic flight costs.

When we approached the deadline to complete the remaining chunk of our payment, we realised that the executive who had worked with us initially, had moved out of the organisation. There was no communication of the replacement executive. We had to constantly follow up with the team to have our queries addressed before the final payment was made.

The replaced exec was not aware of the schedule and the offer that the previous exec had agreed with us.

To add, the 2nd Exec had again moved out of the organisation and we had to go down all the way till the TripFactory office to talk to the manager of the executives and have the confusions and queries adressed.

After constant mails and follow ups we finally received our vouchers and tickets. The agreed upon complementary Water-Sport [with the first executive] was never offered to us we were asked to provide what evidence we had to showcase that a complementary water ride was agreed upon!

Well if this was so, what is the cautionary message "Your call may be recorded for training purposes"? Being IT Professionals, we missed on sending a formal Thank you for the call we had, As discussed.' Email to our executive and hence, missed out on our complementary activity.

We suggest the organisation to have a clear download of the details with regards to the offers, agreements the executives would have agreed with customers before they exit the organisation.

A telegram group was created that included the trio team of ours that was travelling, which had execs from TripFactory to address our queries and concerns and communicate the day wise plan / POCs to us.

We were extremely happy with the hotel booking in Phuket and everything went as per our schedule in Phuket. There were no hiccups in terms of our transfer from and to the airport, our pick up every day.

We moved to Pattaya and the welcome wasn't pleasant. During the time of booking, we were very specific that we wanted only 3- or 4-Star hotels for our stay on a triple sharing basis. The hotel booked for us Golden Beach Resort - didn't belong to either of the star categories, neither was it a resort, nor was there a picturesque Golden Beach anywhere close from the balcony. The room was dirty with dried rose petals all over the floor, cigarette buds in the balcony and a blanket of dust on the TV, dressing table and side tables. There was no enough room to accommodate a 3rd guest here in the room. On contacting the hotel folks, [who were rude, adamant] they offered us an extra bed on the floor. Well we didn't pay 50k to get a bed on the floor! On contacting the TripFactory execs via Telegram group, our request to change the hotel wasn't obliged the same was offered at an additional cost. Our specification for a 3-4-star hotel for three people wasn't met here.
After negotiation a free dinner was offered in one of the "Good Hotel" and this was no better than any ordinary fast food joint in India.

To sum it up, we were disappointed that not only did we lose a Promised' free ride but got to stay in a below-satisfactory hotel and were offered a Free' dinner buffet that was below average in terms of the food and hotel. There was nothing planned here the day we arrived, and we had half a day wasted and had to explore places by ourselves.

Bangkok was our final-destination the hotel here was very good and we were happy with this!

The executives hadn't planned anything here for us except a Safari so we again had half a day wasted here and half a day on the day of departure. None of the Must-Go Places in Bangkok was added as a part of the itinerary.

The overall experience and hospitality of the Team was good, with support during the trip and no confusions/chaos.

We appreciate the arrangements made by the team and the detailed explanation to us in planning the trip. Better communication within the team with regards to what they agreed with us would have made the trip better. A little more structured planning to accommodate more places with only enough but not excess leisure time would serve the purpose of a vacation.

We Thank the time for your support in making this vacation of ours a successful one

Trip factory - S***T factory

I am rating this one star because there isn't any other lesser rating.

We planned a trip with trip factory for blore-langkawi-kuala Lumpur-blore. I write this review on my way back to blore as their service is so pathetic it would be a fault n disservice to others who r planning their trip with this factory.

To their credit while I paid the money in full which was a considerable amount as we stayed in 5 stars I was immediately sent my plan and tickets. Of course my iteniary was changed twice with private apologies from their agent.

They also set u up on this beautiful app telegram and promise u all the 'support on this trip'. Failed. It is just a bunch of one sided texts and late replies after they take their own time by which time u r left to fend for yourself.

After Langkawi when we landed in KL is when the nightmare started. We had theme park tickets for Sunway lagoon for my little daughter. Though the theme park was attached to my hotel i was made to wait for 1 hour 15 mins for the tifkets just bcoz I was given a local number of a rude agent who is their local contact here. That lady screams at me on international calls which i am to make repeatedly as she has tickets to deliver to other guests. My daughter who was excited and anxious as any kid would be was made to wait for this long when we had requested our tickets be dropped off at the lobby. The reason we chose to stay at Sunway hotel was for the theme park. All this while trip factory agents sit back and pass one random number and make the guest so all the coordination.
We finally entered the theme park at noon which was initially 10.15 am.

This morning (7july) i have a clear email from them with my iteniary saying my taxi will be at the lobby at 11.30 am to pick us up for a 15.15 flight. Which itself is quite early. Nevertheless my family n I had checkedout and were at the lobby at 11.15 but according to their driver who decided that he and trip factory had to pick me up at 10.45 came and left us back. Trip factory at 11.30 sends a msg on telegram saying look for the driver he is lobby followed by another msg 20 mins later saying cooly my driver has left n that I should proceed by cab. All this while blaming us that we missed the cab as we were late after I sent them their email sent to me stating clearly my pick up was at 11.30

We finally walked with 4 suitcases and a child for one km to get a cab as the hotel was charging us thrice the amount of a normal cab and the normal cab which we found with great difficulty charged us equivalent to 7k for just a drop to the airport. We would have paid 21k for taxi has we gone with the hotel (more than my ticket from blore to KL)

With the customer on time the cab leaves they do nothing. With the customer asking what is the alternative cabs r not available no response when the customer asks what bout the refund for the cab no response. When the customer is made to wait for hours for their tickets or iteniary to arrive no apologies.

After traveling the world this has by far been the worst experience for me n my family.

Trip factory can safely be declared the best for those who want mental stres, physical inconvenience, rude attitude and behaviour, even ruder local partners, no support what so ever, a super casual approach to a traveling family who's holiday they have planned and promised to support.

Avoid at all costs especially if u have children. PATHETIC.

Unprofessional, moneyminded even in the time of natural diaster, Big cheaters hiding behind the Bra

I would like to express my unhappiness to Trip Factory and their tour agent Dream Journey for treated me like begger.

With lot of hope and trust on Trip Factory, I booked the Andaman package. But Trip Factory made this package into ridiculous and miserable one.

I never experienced this type of worst customer support and service. I witnessed fully money oriented, careless support throughout the trip. Trip Factory never bothered about Customer satisfaction.

Everytime my experience was so bad with each one (Sowmya, Furkhan from Trip Factory and Abdul Masjid, Vijay, Munir from Dream Journey).

Everybody tried to escape from their responsibility. Whenever I called somebody for help in emergency, their common reply is " give me 10 minutes. I will call you back". But they never called and helped me.

Whatever mentioned in the itenary was only to extract the money and never made into action. I got the reply like " it was mentioned wrongly", " it was not my responsibility".

From the 1st day of trip, everything was miserable because of Trip Factory and tour operator Dream Journey.

On 1st day, I supposed to visit 3 museum and English version of Light& Sound show at Cellular Jail. Because of delay in arrival of vehicle, we could not visit one of the museum and we were forced to finish the lunch within 20 minutes. Later we were forced to experience the torture by seeing Hindi version of Light & Sound show whereas English version was very much available. ( i was promised by Sowmya from Trip Factory for English version before booking the package).

Next day, as per itenary, we supposed to visit Sitapur beach, laxmanpur beach and natural bridge. But we were taken to natural bridge for half an hour and got dropped at a hotel which was not mentioned in the itenary. The hotel gave me Standard room instead of Deluxe room and I was asked to pay 2000 extra for the Deluxe room. But I didn't not agree and taken Standard room.

They never taken as to Sitapur beach. I was asked extra payment for visiting Sitapur beach.

The third day, when we about to board the vehicle for visiting Bharatpur beach, got the news from Dream Journey that the ferry to Havlok has been cancelled due to bad weather. The water games at Bharatpur beach were also cancelled. We couldn't do anything there. The visit to Bharatpur beach could have been completed on the 2nd day itself.

For 3rd day, the Tour operator asked me to check-in the hotel by direct payment by me whereas I didn't not have enough money. He made us to wait in the hotel lobby for more than 6 hours and never allowed to visit nearby beach.

On fourth day, we were forced to check out from the hotel and we had no other way than standing outside the room. We never got a single help from the Tour operator.

Trip Factory made my family including my 3 year old daughter to laid down in the street for 2 days. No care was taken by Trip Factory.

On 5th day, I was forced to listen whatever said by the Tour operator. The vehicle was provided to us very late and we could not have enough time to visit the places.

With all these, I requested Trip Factory to refund the money wherever I didn't get the service like ferry from Neil island to Havlok, ferry from Havelock to Port Blair, Sightseeing at Havlok, Snorkeling, etc at the earliest, but they they did not even ready to hear. I think the persons from Trip factory don't have brain to think and they are populated with pretexts like hello sir, thank you sir, wait for two mins, I'll call you back, we are not responsible.

We were betrayed by Trip Factory and Dream Journey.

I will never ever recommend Trip Factory to anyone.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR TRAVEL THROUGH TRIP FACTORY

Hello all,

I would like to share bit pathetic and un-professional service from trip factory for trip to Dubai from Mumbai (Trip ID TFN001HA6KF).

Day 1 was good and did not felt anything odd. From day 2 onwards we started experiencing difficulties which I am listing down

1) On Day 2 Dubai City tour with dessert Safari was planned. Morning session was of Dubai City tour and the pick-up was arrange between 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM however, the Cab driver came exactly 1 hour late i. E.@ 10:30 AM. This resulted in drop-off being late by more than hour. Further, the driver was asked to drop hardly 300 metres ahead of our hotel to the restaurant, which was on his way, however he refused straight away by giving some bad words while we were alighting.

2) Now due to above delay, we did not have sufficient time to have lunch and to rest (For the record and information, there were 2 senior citizens [almost between the age of 50 to 55] and 1 pregnant woman travelling out of total 5 persons travelling). When they reached hotel after having lunch, pick-up for Dessert safari was ready. We asked him to pick up late as due to above scenario he straight away refused and accordingly we had to hire private taxi for which we spend almost 200 dirhams.

Hence, we immediately asked for Private transfer (as we could save our time) with immediate extra payment, but trip factory wasn't able to arrange that. We had requested, if not today but from next day onwards for Private transfers, for which they initially agreed but was not able to provide until the end of the trip.

3) On Day 3, same happened but only difference is that driver was late by ½ hour. We had to hurry in each matter.

4) Horrific Day 4,
Part - 1
Ferrari world and Abu Dhabi city tour with Mosque was planned. The Pick up was arranged@ 9:00 AM however, the bus driver came exactly 1 hour and 30 minutes late. As informed, the driver was late due to unexpected rain resulting in traffic. One will wonder that, all the other travellers can reach at proper time to the Ferrari World with the given traffic and sudden weather change (Rain) but only Trip Factory bus could not reach. The bus driver after picking up all the passengers reached@ 12:30 PM in the afternoon i. E. 2 hours after our pick-up and Abu Dhabi City tour with Pick-up was arrange@ 3:00 PM in the afternoon.

Now with 2 hrs and 30 mins time (including 30 to 45 mins Lunch timing and 15 mins from entry point to exit point) one can enjoy hardly 1 hour and 30 mins. There were 17 to 18 different attractions and rides spread at distance (of which only 3 to 4 rides of high speed a pregnant woman cannot do). For Ferrari world 1 day should have been allotted but while planning for the itinerary, Mr. Deepak of Trip Factory should have informed and accordingly we could have built itinerary. In the wake of above, things we did not at all enjoyed Ferrari world for which we paid full amount.

Part - 2
Abu-Dhabi City tour was kind of waste of money. Trip Factory neither informed us orally that for mosque women need to have specific cloths nor did provided and there was no guide to explain while going to the Abu Dhabi city tour. Whereas, other tours and travellers provided all the above things including specific cloths for going inside mosque. We did not went inside and just waited outside seeing our time and money wasted.

5) On Day 5, Mall of emirates & Dubai Ski was planned where, as per itinerary pick up was planned between 09:30 AM to 09:40 AM but again driver came between 10:15 AM to 10:35 AM 30 minutes to 1 hour late (have necessary proof where on Telegram app Mr. Clinton asking to release to Cab/Bus when we denied boarding as they were late & hence we went to shop at nearby places).

6) Last but not the least, pick-up for airport transfers. As were roaming in market, we had asked the driver to pick-up from the market for which he already told yes and later denied. As he initially told yes we were bit relaxed and continued our shopping. But after some time the driver called and told it is not possible for pick-up from market at our location hence we requested him to wait for 10 to 15 mins to reach at hotel lobby by hiring private taxi. We did reach in time i. E. within 15 mins but now the driver was not there and was also not picking up the phone hence we continued the same taxi to the airport. The funny thing here was we were in between on the way to airport had the cab driver did not asked to come to hotel again because it actually wasted our time and money.

7) Furthermore, Mr. Sudeep & Kshaunish of Trip Factory informed that they will call and resolve the issue once we reach to India and it is been more than a week's time they have not called us.

8) One should bear in mind the kind of service a tour operator is providing because, I personally know that in most of the foreign places i. E. Dubai & Singapore the problem of traffic is not there as the population is less and is more advanced with respect to condition and number of lanes in roads to avoid traffic situation and trip factory is trying to hide their short-comings giving this particular excuse as they are not able to manage properly pick-up & drop-off service and have very rude irresponsible drivers. We spend lakhs of rupees and we give it in advance to the tour operator and we enjoy partially for their services and even in some cases we incur from our pockets for their pathetic services. While planning the itinerary they could have informed and allotted 1 day for Ferrari world (and actually requires at least 1-day to visit and enjoy most of rides and attractions) but they only see their own pockets and simply don't worry once the tour is over.

9) I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH TRIP FACTORY.

*****Awesome Ladakh trip with Trip factory *****

We (My husband, son and myself) travelled to Leh from 21st May to 28th May 2018. It was wonderful journey with Trip Factory facility and support.
On Day 1 and Day 2 we stayed at Leh in Solpon Guest House. Its a home stay, Rooms are very clean and good, hot water facility was provided. Internet was also there. (not 4G speed, but it is ok to communicate). I will recommend this place.
As per the package, travel was supposed to be in a shared vehicle (Tempo Traveler), But due to our good fortune, Trip Factory provided a XYLO car (At no additional cost). As you can imagine 3 people travelling in a XYLO car is an awesome experience. Lot of room to sit and stretch. We got an excellent driver (Mr. PALDAN). The driver was very knowledgeable and acted as a guide also for all the sightseeing places in Ladakh for us. A big thanks to Driver PALDAN for having the patience to stop at every beautiful site so that we could take some photos. Great thanks to Trip Factory expert Sourav for arranging this facility.
On Day3, we travelled to Nubra Valley and stayed in Lharje Resorts. It was very cold in this place. We got good south Indian food in this place and we enjoyed it. People were very good and helpful. We stayed the night at this place and returned to Leh, late evening on Day 4.
On Day-5, we travelled to Pangong lake and stayed in Camp Whispering Waves. Its a beautiful Tent House close to lake view. Here the climate fluctuates a lot. It was very windy and cold, Quite unbearable for south Indians. Management people provided extra woolen blankets and water heaters (hot water bag pads). Still we struggled to sleep in this place. But we forgot all these by seeing the beauty of Pangong lake and location where we stayed.
I would suggest to anybody going to Ladakh, please contact Trip Factory. They are very good at organizing the trip. We did not have any problems with the food and stay, not much wait time seen for Flight transfers (very well-planned flight ticket bookings) and No delays seen for clarifications or queries, because they created WhatsApp group to communicate in case of any emergency or general queries.
Overall, Our trip to Ladakh was Excellent with Trip Factory. KUDOs to SOURAV for arranging this facility.

My second trip with Trip factory!

Trip Factory had organized this trip very well despite short notice. I had asked for Innova car, and they provided the same which helped us to travel comfortably through out the Journey. Car Driver was very polite and he drove very smooth throughout the journey.

Stay at Palri Hotel in Gangtok, Norling Zimkhang at Lachung was very comfortable, food was excellent. Overall the trip was very satisfactory.

Concern: Trip factory requests the customer to pay for Room warmer/Heater. For trips that involves Hillstations like Gangtok, Lachung where temperature goes less than -2 degrees, i request Trip factory to take care of room warmer requirements as part of the package as it is basic essential need for any traveller when they visit such cold places/Hillstation!

Please note, most of the hotels in Gangtok, Lachung have less warmers/Heater and an early bird will get it on request. Even though the rooms have quilts/blankets, it is not enough to save you from the chill weather for people who are not used to the weather and warmer/Heater is very essential to be available in all rooms in any hotel. I requested for warmer as soon as i landed as advised by my friend and i paid the money for the same and this is outside the package!

I literally saw few people fighting at hotel reception desk asking for warmer and were shocked to note that there was no enough warmer to supply for all rooms!

Trip factory can ensure that its customers don't get into the above state and ensure the warmers in the rooms come as part of their package inorder to provide a more healthy stay and trip!:-)

Overall a satisfactory trip and i will recommend TF to my friends! Thankyou Amit, Santhosh and entire TF Team!
