Tour of Phi Phi and James Bond islands were excellent. Speed boat travel and Long Tail boat rides were superb. Even for vegetarians Thai food was good. Plenty of fruits- Jack fruit, M ango, pine apple, cantaloup, water melon and so many juicy fruits and tender coconuts keep you hydrated in the hot humid weather of Phuket. Central Phuket Market is a place not to miss. Budha temple is another must see place. Overall this trip was good.

Right from the beginning we did not have any hassles in booking the entire trip. Tousif was my travel agent and he was very responsive throughout. He took care of each and everything and we had a wonderful family trip only because of him.The trip was well organised with private transfers. Not even a single error happend anywhere. It was seamless. As Trip Factory is a new travel site I was little apprehensive but Tousif was so patient that all my worries faded away after we were through our bookings.The pricing was very reasonable too and we covered so many places at such a nominal cost. Thank you Tousif, Bandini and Trip Factory for arranging such a wonderful trip. You guys will be again approached for my future travels. :)

As the name suggests Trip Factory makes awesome packages for you and your dear ones. Had an awesome time everything was exactly the same as explained at the time of booking my kid enjoyed a lot on his birthday.

The best part is that they will deliver what they promise and the icing on the cake is where you dont have to call or ask anyone about the drivers as soon as you reach the place the drivers are waiting for you with placards of your name though one of the driver was rude apart from this everything went as smooth as silk.

Again a very big thank to the team for making this international trip on my sons birthday worth being remembered for the lifetime.

Going forward all my trips will be planned by them only.

It was awesome trip... iteanery was good as per expectation. I suggest city tour if it 3 hours it should be at before departure day. Paris city tour was worst. It wasn't hop on hop off. N just 1 hour they finish everything saying Eiffel Tower queue is quite long as it wasn't the case. Also in Amsterdam de Haque n delft is not worth trip only madhurodam is excellent. Apart from these if possible to add transport from hotel to common point it will be great... but overall trip was good. Thanks team.

The entire trip was well organised, the hotel options provided were good and was located in the prime area as a tourist would prefer to. Overall program was great and would definitely recommend my friends to use Trip Factory for international destinations. Their online support team was also of great help.

We wanted to celebrate 25 years of friendship and the trip was made more memorable with hassle free itinerary and logistics. Kudos to the entire team.

Had been to Kerala for personal visit which was booked from my friends end as he was working here this was my first time travel with a new travel agency for but for my suprise the service was amazing from the hotel that was selected to the cab driver everything was flawlessly arranged thanks to trip factory and team and thanks to sourav who assisted us throughout the trip keep up the good work trip factory will surely recommend your services to friends and family members

I came to know about trip Factory through ADs received through email. Initially was hesitating to book trip since was not at all aware about trip Factory. But saw the reviews and recommendations of cheaper and good packages in facebook.

Finally decided to book. Mr. Syed was our trip executive. Was very cooperative in organizing the entire trip. Stay in hotel, rooms provided was very good except for few mosquitoes. Driver was also cooperative. Overall very satisfied as everything went on well including Baba darshan as the stay (hotel)being provided was very near to temple.

Our Singapore and Malaysia trip was organised by Travelly world. Nivedita was the key organizers for this entire trip to be carried out successfully. She and her team, have taken utmost care in minute details to make our trip comfortable and smooth. There wasn't a moment where we got lost. Any issue that aroused, was solved immediately by her team. It was a great and wonderful experience having them schedule our package trip to both the places.

I had booked a trip with Trip Factory in June 2017. With five senior citizens in our party and monsoons round the corner, we had major apprehensions on how the trip would go. Hats off to Subham who worked with so much perseverance and dedication to suggest destinations which could address all our requirements. The best part was that even though we had aid full amount in advance, when there was a requirement to shift ourplace of stay, Trip Factory assured that we can go ahead and they will refund the balance! The transport and driver provided to us (Shekhar) were excellent. They could keep in mind for the future that Madikeri Heritage is not as good a hotel as it was made out to be,, but we had decided to stay closer to the centre of town due to senior citizens and that requirement was met, A very enjoyable trip with Trip Factory. I searched this company Online while surfing about my trip, first i was hesitating as there is no office nearby me, but iam thankful to Trip factory & my coordinator Shruthi singhal, to make my tour successful. Every thing was well managed and i get actually what i was promised. Timely informations were provided by all members of team Trip factory to me about my plans and schedules.
