Trip factory did a wonderful job of organizing our trip to Pattaya and Bangkok. Taxis were prompt on time. FYI - Early checkin was considered at Pattaya. We had to wait at reception for long. Our PoC at Thai was available to answer all our queries and suggested what to do in our free time. Feedback is Meals have to be planned in the itinerary. First 2 days we had to skip as the taxis drivers were not willing to stop even for a pick up and they don't give you a option. Fouzia did a excellent job in planning out our itinerary. The experience with Trip Factory was awesome. Starting from the ease in booking with them to helping us in finalisng the best package, they were upto the mark. Naveen and others, who always there to sort out everything and guiding us to finalise the whole package. It was overall amazing experience and very well managed. Thanks guys for giving us very good hospitality. I would definitely suggest my friends to go forward with Trip Factory and I would always consider TRIPFACTORY for my future holidays.

I recently booked trip to Srinagar & Jammu through trip factory.
They gave me package through local agent. We enjoyed the trip throughly. However below are my experience particularly for tripfactory
1. They have tie up with local tour planners. For srinagar they had tie up with dreamsvalley travels. They were good. Leaving some instances rest tour was good.
2. Tripfactory response was unsatisfactory. I booked the tour 3 months ago and no body was in touch with me for giving me update or following for confirmation.
3. Most of the time their customer care number is engaged or out of service. For any assistance you will have to contact local agents.
4. Response to queries is poor. Many times they tell that relevant person will call back. But you never receive call from them.
5. They did not provide me local contact details untill i called and asked them.
6. So i would conclude that if you push them to corner they will serve. There is nothing called customer satusfaction or delight.

Never planned properly. They never handover the ticket before startup the tour. Two days before only, flight ticket booked under group booking.
On the spot, they tried to convince for the alternative which is not in level what we paid.

There is no permanent co-ordinator. When I asked to that co-ordinator he / she simply transferred the call to the supervisor. Then the supervisor transferred to his supervisor. We spoke almost 4 level of persons to get the actual itenary.

We missed all our destination and Hotel bookings because of tripfactory planned our tour. All schedule spoiled.
We spend 1, 05, 000.00 Rs. And What we seen is nothing. Yes nothing so beware!

How you feel when you are with family and driver threten in deep jungle.

Just dont go with tripfactory. Horrible Experiance. I am still scared
1)They dont know how to plan holidays. They will send worst driver.
2)Sweet talker, They will not receive call when you actual need.
3)Overcharged trip. If you got your own trip cost will be less than half then they charged
4)Still waiting for resolution. I think its not possible

I am on Rajasthan trip for 9 days booked through trapfactory, post starting trip I realized that it is just a website nothing more, they provided sadak chap driver who doesn't know how behave with tourists. Chwewing gutka, cigarette and smelling badly entire trip, rash driving and irritating since we are not choosing his guide or not eating at specific restaurant. When complained, instead of changing driver they were asked to manage us if he is not abusing directly or if he is not harming!

They ruined my entire money and time, they are exactly opposite before buying package from them.

Alice Shruthi planned our Himachal Trip, i have had a wonderful trip with you to shimla and manila. You took care of all my necessities starting from vehicle, sight seeing, fooding and lodging. My trip had been a memorable one due to your kind co-operation and support. I reached the destination everything was ready just the way i wanted. This was a family vacation for me after a long time and i was glad to notice that they were more than satisfied with your service and enjoyed to the fullest. The hotels were we had put up were absolutely up to the mark and with good service. The drivers took utmost care while taking us to various places and sight seeing. Overall we had a great time and hope to travel with many tours in future guidance with shruthi.

I was taken care completely through out my trip. My 7 year kid really enjoyed as hotel was as per our preferences. Our travel expert Mr. Sourav Semwal really taken good care of us. He was available any time to assist us. We have a very memorable trip to Leh. Will book my up coming Singapore trip soon with Tripfactory.

Review: It is really a great pleasure to share my experience with Trip Factory for Munnar Visit from 12 th Aug to 15 th Aug, 22. I have been picked up from my residence very early in the morning and dropped back at my residence in the mid night. The entire Trip is so carefully handled as if my I am travelling with my nearest one. The driver Basil who has picked me from Kochi Airport from 12 th Aug to again drop in Kochi airport on 15 th August is appeared to be my younger brother. He is very much caring, decent and obedient. Even after dropping me at Kochi Airport, he has enquired during my boarding time whether I have been boarded or not. The hotel Fort Munnar is beautifully managed Home Stay. The entire employee of Fort Munnar is very very decent, cordial and respectful. Whatever I'll say it is less about this Trip. Definitely it is an wonderful experience which will be always a very sweet memory for me.
