We recently went on a family holiday to Singapore and Malaysia, organized thro Trip Factory. This was my 5th year of association with them. As usual Trip Factory team did a fantastic job of planning, coordinating the entire trip more joyous and pleasant experience to me and my family at competitive price. Last minute changes were accommodated. Telegram communication was very useful. Prior update on entire trip plan and daily update on pickup and cab details were awesome. The local tour operators also did a great job in providing great hospitality to all of us, which made us feel at home, even when we are away from home. Thanks to entire team for the great support and cooperation. I would certainly recommend Trip Factory to my friends and family, and I will also continue our journey with them for all future tours.
