I booked my ticket and cancelled within 24 hours but never got that money back. I waited for so long as they were making fake promise to refund me. Anyway u anyone seeing this review please make sure you don't lose your hard earned money.
They made a change in one of our flights and we're missing our connection. Trying to reach out for weeks with no success, the involuntary change link that they provided is not working!

This is the worst travel agency ever, if your ready to loose your money this is the best way to do't, their customer servce is the worst, i been waiting for 3 weeks for them to make a simple change in my intinerary, and i still waiting. Everything has to be via email and they wont respond in weeks. They will charge extremeely high for any changes, and good luck getting a refound.
Their NEGLIGENCE and INCOMPETENCE. Are up the sky, i wont recomend this company.
And they shoulden't operaty in this country, they based in spain and do not care about their customers at all, once they get your money, you are in your own. Don't do't unless you want lots of headaches

I'm under heavy stress, i had a work meeting in Durban, I booked through Travel2Be aka TravelGenio when i get to the airport they say my flight was booked for a different date and there's no payment. I have Proof of payment and receipt of payment my bosses are mad. The Worst thing you can ever have as your flight is leaving you and you are in a desperate situation is having an absent Travelling Agency that has no contact details. My Goodness! WHO DO I CONTACT NOW WHEN I'M STUCK AT THE AIRPORT! WHY DON'T YOU GUYS HAVE A CALL CENTER FOR CUSTOMERS?!

I gave one star just because there isn't a zero star option. I´m avoiding this company at all costs in the future. Communication is awful. They don´t answer to messages. I have 15 days writing to them regarding an invoice that I never received. They simply don't deliver. Save yourselves the trouble and just buy anywhere else!

This problem has been going on for a week now.
My original ticket I paid for was from South Africa to Bari via Cairo and Rome departing South Africa on 11/09/2022 and arriving in Bari on 12/09/2022.
My ticket had been changed multiple times. I refuse to wait in Cairo for more than 24 hours and arrive in Bari on 13/09/2022.
This morning I got a change of times. The ticket says I will arrive in Cairo 05h35 on 12/09/2022 and the next flight is from Rome to Bari!
I haven't even got to Rome yet!
Travel2be still says on the 13/09/2022 I travel from Cairo to Rome. How does any of this make sense?
Its ridiculous Travel2be can even provide such an appalling service. Stop using automated systems and get someone to look at this problem properly.

Our return flights were cancelled by airline well in advance of the flight dates and we were advised a day before departure by TravelGenio.
Since the flights were cancelled, and there was 'no option and no support available' from TravelGenio, we obviously requested our money back for the return leg.
I have called them 5 times about the refund and they tell me that 'its being processed'. Spoke to the airline and they advised that a refund hasnt been requested by TravelGenio (6 weeks after the flights were cancelled). Airline confirmed the agent simply needs to contact a specific travel agent support line and the refund takes 2 days.
I called 2 weeks ago and TravelGenio advised it would be 1-2 weeks to receive the refund. Today they tell me it takes 1-3 months. No option to escalate or make a complaint, the service doesnt exist, and they dont care. They've hang up on me 4 times trying to seek information about the cancelled flights.
They dont respond to email. The automated system is hopeless, often disconnecting the call.

This company is a scam. I bought a flight ticket for 8 people; first they did not notify me that luggage was already included in the ticket and they made me buy additional luggage. Then the flight was canceled and I was not notified of anything, not an email, sms or notification. I found out about this trying to do the check-in a few days before the flight. On the TRAVELGENIO website the flight was still listed as confirmed, but it wasn't, it was already cancelled. I contacted the airline, and accepted the option to cancel the flight for all passengers instead of changing it to another flight; and they told me that TRAVELGENIO had to refund the cost of the tickets because I had bought them through their website, which was directed to me by skyscanner.net. I have sent them several emails and have not received any response. Then I found similar victims of TRAVELGENIO on Instagram and Facebook. Apparently it's a big scam, I don't understand how a platform like Skyscanner can work with this FRAUD company.
I will do my best so that there are no more victims and Skyscanner ends its agreement with them immediately.

If your flight gets cancelled they will not refund you. I requested a refund and it has now been a couple of months and I have not received a refund.

Terrible customer service. When the airline cancelled our flight they did nothing at all to help us resolve the problem, just referred to the airline.

I tried to change my flight to Cairo from Luxor
To an earlier flight, to get a response from travelcroucks that it would be 50 euros to change time I said ok do it to get an other e mail later saying no can't do airline flight is not available?
So I went to the website of Egypt air and what do you know I could book my flight in an almost empty airplane because of the hour 5:30 am so if I can give you a piece of advice stay away from this cheap companies that try to fk customers for a few pennies I did book ne I got my fight no thanks to them!

Company seems to go under name of Trip Monster, Travelgenio, and "refunds" under RefundableMe.
When I purchased tickets I bought insurance. Ended up having to change flight due to doctors wanting to do more testing before we flew home. On the phone they said they would refund me. After doing refund form I received a message saying they would not. Just like other posts there is a lot more involved in this story that backs up my argument. I wish I would have researched them before. Best advice is to never, ever use this company. In fact I am now never using third parties to book any plane or hotel arrangements.

I was planning to go to Armenia. I Book the tickets from Qatar Airs round trips and flew LAX to EVN then I had some problems. I call Qatar air they said you have to call Travelgenio for you questions, I was shacked to find out I bout ticket from Travelginio, because I payed to Ticketmonster.com but I never knew about the Travelgenio.com. Any way I tray to call them from Armeina but there phone number was fake, It was disconnected. Then I check there reviews and find out they have only one star. DO not buy ticket from them.
Then I find out Ticketmaster and Travelginio working together.
I will contact to Qatar air and let them know with what type of crucks they working with.

I bought a ticket in April for October purchased additional package to make changes to the flight. It is August and I wanted to change the dates of my booking. And they refused it. They wouldn't even refund me. Told me to call airlines and now am stuck here not able to cancel, change or book any other flight. It was a $1300 flight. I cannot just lose that much money. Can someone suggest me something.

I would give this company 0 stars if that were an option. Who/Whom is TRAVELGENIO? Are there any live people on the other side to provide any customer service. There is no one to answer your questions, everything is automated with auto replies that may not pertain to you situation. Absolutely horrible if you have any questions about you flights and/or changes. Forget about refunds! Even when most airlines stipulate a 24 hours cancelation without penalties or fees. Not following industry standards! No telephone numbers! Emails are on an auto response basis. Clearly, their business practices are questionable.

Booked round trip via online using Travelgenio. 12 hrs. Received e-mail later on-board flight changed (2nd Leg flight leaving before I land), Per agent there willing to fully refund for on-board ticket but not for the return ticket, Because return tike under different booking number. As per airline its all-in-one booking number & Travelgenio agent don't agree... Then I ask her to cancel (with in 48 hr. Cancelation period) my booking before airline conform my reservation.
Here is fun part... now I have to pay almost 30% of fees to cancel my return flight.

I booked my ticket, they charged me right away, but did not receive e-ticket on time. Started calling, there was long waiting time and then was disconnected, emailed but nobody replied. By trying multiple times different individuals were talking to me, again waiting and again disconnecting... I suspect, that they were taking time specifically to pass the time (24/72 of processing time). Customer Service does not exist in this company, very rude. It's worst experience I have ever had. This is unacceptable!
