This agent is scam, they just take your money and don't do any services,the tickets is not refundable even you purchased advance refundable terms. They just take your money and without any refund even you have proper reason. So never book tickets from this agent. Travelgenio are certainly scammers and they know it.
On the 8th of October 2022, I made a booking ******* Cairo-Rome-Cairo 18-20 October and then on the 15th of October I requested a change to the 27th-31st of October. Travelgenio charged me around 335 USD for this change and said that the 27th was not possible because Egyptair cancelled their flight that day. I checked Egyptair and the flight was open. I booked directly. I wrote back to Travelgenio instantaneously requesting that they cancel the whole flight. They never replied to date! Only sent me links to cancellation and refund which I followed and in a few minutes of filing my request they sent an automated response that my case was closed! No refund was made. I requested the cancellation and refund again request A07ED305 and wrote multiple e-mails to avoid a no-show penalty, but no response except from their so-called Refund team (Refundable.Me) saying that they are not responsible and that I need to go back to Travelgenio Customer Service. This is an obvious scam. I have reported the whole incident to my lawyer and have written to Travelgenio again but I would still appreciate the advice of all the victims of Travelgenio on how to get my money back and how to protect other people from falling prey to the scammers Travelgenio and to actually legally prevent Travelgenio from carrying on with their scams.

I have been trying to change my return ticket (which I paid extra for for flexible ticket). They were fast in answering and helping me find a new date. But after paying the changing fee they never updated my ticket and stopped answering. I've tried to get in touch with them again for over two weeks now but they never answer.

There is no email or phone number to contact. All you can do is request from My Trips. In a perfect case you maybe fine. British airway cancelled my return flight in a round trip ticket, and I been trying for days to contact with travelgenio only get looped back to My Trips. DONT USE THEM unless you want to risk losing everything.

I booked a refundable flight ticket and I requested a refund due to a visa issue before 1week for flight date.
But the company didn't reply to me at all and she replied to me 1 week later (exactly on the same day as flight date!) even I did follow up again and again until the day.
The content of the response was "we can't refund because of visa issue" only even though I just wanna change the date of my flight ticket.
No cordial attitude and a very late response, I really can't belive the European company because of Trabevlgenio.

Worst one ever, they all are scammers instead of business they are mentally sick.
My flight was cancelled in June and I put a refund request. 4months later till now, they keep on asking me to wait and said we can't do anything, worst is they even hang up my call.

If you ever actually get to talk to an individual don't let them put you on hold because they will intentionally NEVER come back. Don't EVER use this website. Stay away. Whatever they advertise it isn't worth it! Run away! The goal is to sell you something 1 time and never come back. They don't care about you the customer. Will not help you! They have your money and that's all they want. If your still thinking about using this company... DONT!

These cons use other websites to link their scams. You will 'unwillingly' be diverted to these scumbags after selecting the cheapest advertised deal. The website you have initially browsed is legitimate, however their links need extreme caution.
After paying for your selected flights, you will receive a confirmation of the booking - and your money will be withdrawn. This is where the nightmare really begins. You never receive your actually flight passes, the airlines have no idea what you are on about when you take it up with them. When you try to reach out to these thieves, it's almost impossible. They DO NOT provide a phone number, or email address. You have to search online to find some clown in Spain - who gives ZERO sh! Ts about your lost money. They claimed to have NO knowledge of my booking at all. You can't even visit their office to belt any of them, because they are hidden away in Europe somewhere. Hopefully you've done your research before giving away your money, but I guess if you're reading this you may have been the victim of a scam - all the best.

Booked a flight through this company. Requested to make a change and they refused to make any changes. Requested to speak to a supervisor and they refused this request as well. The agent MARTINA was very rude and hung up on my face. Disgusting company. Please do everyone a favor, and never use them for any travel bookings unless you want your money stolen. Booked at last minute BA flight with the this company and received my confirmation. The following week I went to add baggage only to find the booking had been cancelled with no notification.
It seems the seats I'd booked were no longer available but they hadn't bothered to let me know.
Had to cancel and rebook at an increase fare as it was much closer to the flight time.
Their mistake personally cost me an additional $1000 to the fare I had originally booked.
Absolute cowboys. Book elsewhere. They can't guarantee the price or the booking which will leave you with no options or reassurances

So I have someone get in contact with me and now PURE SILENCE. Fake, Disgusting, and horrible service. Still having problems with the name and it's well within my right to have it changed and was confirmed by swiss airlines. TRAVEL GENIO ARE THE INTERMEDIARY, THEY HAVE TO CHANGE IT.
I'm making now a formal complaint with VOXYA and another official online consumer complaint now and will contact the EU consumer rights. I'm going to formally complain to the Airline Scanner sites also formally complain to them for TG's deceitful conduct.
TravelGenio is disgusting and a horrible company. All the flight scanner sites should ban this deceitful company.

I want to alert all that Travelgenio is a big scammer by luring people by offering so called cheap flights.
Actually you end up paying more.
I had booked to and fro flight tickets with them thinking I'll save some money.
However, due to unavoidable circumstances I wanted to cancel my return ticket which is for 9th October 2022 and I went to their website and cancelled my return ticket on 27th September 2022.
The funniest part is that they don't have any email I'd nor they answer their international Number for customer service.
They are not replying to my cancellation request.
I ended up losing all my money.
It's an advise to all to book flight tickets directly on the airlines website at least you can follow up and get your money back.
So be careful and boycott Travelgenio.

Should you have a problem with your ticket you won't be assisted they do not have a direct email. They will refer you to My trip of which they take forever to respond on it. Please consumers be warned don't fall a victim of these scammers.

Bad experience! I booked a flight through Travelgenio that was cancelled by the airline (due to bankruptcy). I was not notified until I went precheck. I was in Africa at the time, so I had to buy a new ticket with another airline. When I sought a refund, the "customer care" department came up with a number of false reasons why it would not refund the money. Each time I proved that their response was false, they came up with another excuse. It was like a game to them (their responses were also pretty snarky). After numerous emails back and forth, I have not received a refund. I will never again do business with this company! I would give zero stars if possible,

They over charge you, and they don't give you the true price. Be careful! They simply claim that the type of card used for payment is not included in the discount. Which they didn't make that clear at the time of purchase! Really fraud - just buy from them if you want to loss your money.

I bought a ticket that said it included personal items and hand luggage. Now the airline tells me that my ticket does NOT include hand luggage. I complained to Travelgenio but they answer me with confusing answers and they don't give me any solution. They only tell me that I have to contact the airline to buy my extra luggage, but I already paid Travelgenio for it!

The worst company I've ever dealt with. First of all, I only found the site thru KAYAK (which I can't believe they haven't be reported) & assuming they were connected to Kayak & a reputable business, I purchased a ticket to London on August 19th (departing in October), also purchased "Enhanced refundable terms". Just days after. I tried numerous times to change my departure date, which the site claims to allow you to change for €50; a fee I was more than willing to pay. My request was denied, since my change of departure date was denied, I tried to get a refund for my purchase, which again was denied (because I didn't meet their refund "terms" - ENHANCED REFUNDABLE TERMS IS A JOKE!). There is no way to speak to customer service & their website sends you in a continuous loop as well as redirects you to another site called "Pissed off Consumer". Something must be done to put Travelgenio out of business. Terrible experience 0 out of 10. (as a result, I no longer trust Kayak). Better luck just booking directly through the airline itself.
