“The agent is scam”

This agent is scam, they just take your money and don't do any services，the tickets is not refundable even you purchased advance refundable terms. They just take your money and without any refund even you have proper reason. So never book tickets from this agent. A scam, I should report the company to their local license registration site as scam company, so that other people will not into the trap again.
