How long does it take to get a refund after cancellation?

Does anyone have a number or email to contact these people?

Answer:

It's pointless contacting them by email because they will just say that your email address has not been found and to email them from the address you made the booking from. I have sent them screenshots of the initial booking showing my booking ID and my email and they just repeat the same msg. These guys are crooks and should be in jail. Pieces of sh$$
