This company is the worst service provider i have ever meet. First of all - they didnt send me tickets or booking on my mail, even 3days! Before flight i do not receive them… but money from my card were written off immediately) then, I didnt find any contacts where to call or write, its company policy as i see from others feedback so, i decided not to spend time and buy same tickets directly on Turkish airlines site, as it was important to me to have same date flight. After a day of search i found out mail to travelgenio, and write them together with Turkish airlines. In same time 2! Days I was waiting for feedback, nobody answer on my mail, but turkish airlines call me and tell that its travelgenio issue so they will take care of it…. And what? Of course nobody called me from travelgenio)))) so, i found finally some phone number, and called them (30-40 mins you need to wait each time when you call them to be connected to operator, so in total i spend near 4 hors waiting, looks like I am not the only one person who have issue with this company!). So after few hours on phone, they managed to send me booking details, so not to loose money - i changed dates on other tickets which i bought on site of turkish airlines directly. Than i received an error message on site, that my booking on travelgenio is cancelled! So, turkish airlines asked travelgenio to cancel my booking cause i will use my tickets bought directly on site, and travelgenio supposed to contact me to inform about that, but what? Of course they didnt inform me! So day before the flight i lost my two tickets and 500euros! And bought the 3rd ticket already, 300 euros more spend ((( and know what? Today travelgenio reimburse me the money, in amount 60 euros less than should be! Even without any compensation, few days and health spend, nobody say sorry! Ugly service, no feedback, no compensation, only negative experience which i wouldnt recommend for everyone. Keep away from this company… in 21 century you may have an excellent service for same money!

Travelgenio is a scam. Their customer service is non-existent, they do not respond to e-mails, they have not notified me of flight reschedule (which occurred two months in advance) and now I have now means of contacting them while being at the airport. I will do everything legally possible to prevent Travelgenio from further scamming customers in Europe. If you have a claim towards Travelgenio, a missing refund, or other please do leave a contact below, and I will contact you, as I intend to commence a consumer action against Travelgenio.

This is the worse service I have experienced booking a flight. It took days to receive a credit involving back and forth phone calls with each representative telling me different information. They have provided me with an open air ticket which I can only book with Travelgenio over the phone. I have called at least 20 times now and each time they pick up they put me on hold and it cuts off. When I finally get through to a representative I explain the situation and they tell me they cannot call me back and I cannot speak to a supervisor, so then AGAIN I am put on hold while they look for a flight and once again, IT CUTS OFF. This is ridiculous, I don't see why they can't just provide me with a credit so I can book online. Not sure what to do at this point, I can't be expected to continue rebooking flights for them to steal my money each time. IF I HEAR THAT HOLD SONG ONE MORE TIME I'M GOING TO LOSE MY MIND! So I tell you again, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM unless you want to waste your money and hours of your time.

I booked 2 tickets on the 26 Dec to Tel Aviv and the flight was cancelled. They don't respond to any form of communication. I called Egypt air and they were just as unhelpful. They said they can't do anything and have to contact travelgenio direct. What I don't understand is why this company continues to scam people without the airlines reporting it themselves.

This people, they will take your money book the flight and most of the information will not be provided, it's way too sketch. And if you get sick and you request a refund they will not refund you. Your money if you are Covid positive their refund police agreement will clearly state that. I really hope this company sink. And not ever be used by any other sites again

Dear capital one, Mastercard in any other traveler out there my name is Alberic I'm writing this statement I guess to put in writing and to stop from being ripped off $283.84. I really don't understand why I have to go through so much trouble for this incident. The flight I purchased for my mom was canceled by the airlines, "We apologize but flight 75 from ORLANDO INTL, FL on 12 Nov 2021 at 12:10 PM has been cancelled." Silver Airways informed me there was no more flights available for that day. I Inform travelgenio of the cancel flight. Long story short they agreed to the refund. But argue with me for the additional $100 that they made me paid for the cancel flight Which they kept telling me that it wasn't canceled I just need to pay more money, I I did guess what flight was canceled notify capital one of fraud and I'm still dealing with it today. Called Travelgenio unable to get anyone on phone. The same company that charge my Capital one card two days ago for fees and services A month and a 1/2 after the Cancel flight ordeal, Explain that to me.

I believe I agree with the others here that there is no customer service. All interactions with them through email did not have their company logo, name, information, etc. Just a scam-like email indicating that they can't help me any further. I was asking for a refund on a flight due to COVID and though I know the risks, one would think they would help out in some way during these times, instead of just a cash grab. Anyway, regardless, this "company" is trash.

Booked my flight return through Travelgenio. When I confirmed with the airlines they informed that changes were made to my ticket and I should contact the Agent. I Emailed Travelgenio who confirmed that the booking was cancelled (by the air line?) and that they would refund me my money. To date nothing received after several emails. I had purchased a ticket through Travelgenio, I had called-in within 12 hours to inquire whether I'm able to cancel my ticket, I was told that by the agent that he cannot find anything related to cancellation, therefore, I will have to call the airline.
Then I called in again for raising a request for cancellation, I was put on hold and the agent never returned.
Customer service is rude. I would not recommend anyone to buy through them.

Booked a changeable ticket, called approx 15 times plus numerous emails. Will not let us change the date despite paying extra so we could change, get cut off every time we try to escalate. Absolute scam of a travel agency. Out of pocket nearly 4000 dollers.

SKAM SCAM SCAM. I have booked a ticket for my neighbor ( she is elderly). Then she got tested positive for Covid 19. I called and canceled the ticket and they told me they will give me the refund mines 50$. After calling every week for 3 months and telling me to wait they will send the money.

Hey, my husband booked a flexible ticket ( he paid 50 dollars for the flexibility option). He tried to change the return flight date ine month before the flight and no one responded to his emails. He tried to call them 10 times and every time they put him on hold and then they hang up the line. This process took him 4 days, in the first call they told him he has to pay 260 euros to change, he said okay. However, the call was disconnected and he has been trying to reach out to any of them for 4 days and in the emd on the 4th day they said no you have to pay 460 euros and they mever listen to what he is saying revarding the emails that he sent. I personally called them when I saw my husband's stress level is up to 100 and guess what again they put me on hold and then the call is disconnected. I tried to call them again and no answer. Save your money and health and stay away!
