“Looters Cheaters unprofessional company”

I booked my ticket with them within 24 hours I had to cancel the trip... they took all the details... pretended they are serious in the process of refunding... regular email but from different individuals... beating around the bush... this reason is not valid that reason is not valid... my Foot... they just want to loot people even in this pandemic... this company has to be CLOSED... full team of CROOKS are working here... with no ethics... I pray they get SHUT DOWN SOON.
