I have shopped@ http://www.tomtop.com on several occasions and each time I have found the experience to be without hassle. Living in Australia can make many products expensive. So shopping at TomTop save me a ton of money, Postage and shipping costs are very reasonable with many items having free shipping.

I have bought a number of items from Tomtop ranging from mobile phone, projector and music equipment. Everything has been as described, well packaged and arrived within a few weeks of ordering, sometimes faster. The fact that they accept Paypal is a big plus for me in choosing to shop with them.

I strongly recommend the Tomtop website, for various reasons:
1. It's intuitive and very easy to use by everyone with minimum knowledge of the internet.
2. To everyone who is looking for stuff at low prices, like clothes, shoes, watches, high tech, tools, car spare parts, and many other things.

Hello. I have the best experience with Tomtop. I bought many things all are super very quickly about 10 days to Greece.
And if something gone or lose to shipping they just refund after my first email.

Order an a wireless PC keyboard remote and got it just as described. This site is good for Chinese products. Expect the normal shipping times as they come from China, though. All of these sites have slower shipping times.

Tomtop appears on the surface to be legit, until U deal with them. Non-existent customer support when U contact then if they respond, they simply send U a useless, blank response. Total fraud and misleading advertising, my suggestion is that we need a class action lawsuit to shut them down for good. Enough of this BS..

Existent customer service on every level. Even though they quickly charged my credit card, I have never received so much as a confirmation or tracking number. I did file a claim with PayPal. Stay Away!

I have placed an order over a week now and the order is still processing. Several mails sent to them had no reply. They won't also answer their calls when you call their phone. I'm so unhappy with their service.

Was surprised at how inexpensive the items I needed were but decided to give it a try. My order arrived much faster than promised, and the cameras were very high quality and are working perfectly. 100% recommend this company.

Ordered products after 2 weeks of "awaiting dispatch" I sent an inquiry email to see when this might be shipping out! Amazingly I received a tracking number the next business day?!? That was 7 days ago and there is still no tracking info on the package other than the label was created! Now they have stopped responding to any email correspondence!

Very good quality products with warranty at great price.
I am from India and had a fear of buying it from other country but Tomtop has provided me worry free transactions.

Its a really great portal to buy latest in the market at one place.

This website is scummy, like many others... they offer their users some credits for good reviews. If you see 5 stars reviews here it's because the person got paid.

Gearbest also did it in the past but I would actually rate Gearbest at 4-5 stars, unlike this garbage website.

Tomtop deserve 0 STAR.

In over 15 years purchasing online, this is the single worst store I've ever come across.
I had written a lengthy review, nobody will read it.
I will say only this. Purchase/Try to purchase from tomtop and you will be left with a very bitter taste in your mouth.
Best avoided at all costs.

Ordered this on 11/28/17, did not receive until 12/28/17! Upon opening this all products inside are fake! Not one real LOL doll or accessory! Complete rip off! They offered me a 500 point refund which is $5 and I paid over $70 for this product! On their website they show the actual authentic product!

I have bought different gadgets, electronics and mobile accessories from Tomtop and it has always been competitive prices, good quality and decent sometimes very quick delivery. Never had any trouble yet.

This is the best virtual store I've known! Nice quality products and they have a big stock. Low prices and good service. In case of occurrence of problems employees are not hidden as in other similar shops, and really help to solve a problem. Very much I recommend.
