Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I bought a mobile phone Hotwav Cyber 7 with one year warranty. After around nine months it stopped working. Wrote complaint to customer support but their feedback was very slow and the only thing they advised is that i have been using phone for quite long time and it is like normal to break also suggested to repair it myself at local repair shop. I have requested several times to provide me with solution but they now are not replying at all.

I purchased Carote pots and pans on December 1st 2023 as a christmas gift for myself.
But this company hadn't sent me any information for 3weeks. So I had started contacting them so many times. And I finally received the items more than a month later. Didn't make Christmas or even new year. I was disappointed with the Huge delay. But more to came. The box which I received was a dirty nasty box. It didn't look like new pots and pans sent in there at all. But I still had a hope until I opened it. But My hope totally got disappeared when I opened it.
Pots and pans were put directly in the dirty box AND those items are fake but also got damaged.
There are no Carote logos on the all pans and pots. Items were Totally different as advertised.
So I've restarted contacting them about horrible items. I requested refunds but they didn't accept it for long time. But they should have refunded my money. I pushed them strongly to refund.
And they said we will accept your request but you have to return the items with tracking number and the expense is on me.
We will refund you After we received the items.
I was like what!?
There isn't any fault for my side but they said pay the postage to me. What a ridiculous company.
I've asking them why I have to pay the shipping fee. And still waiting for their response.

Stop scamming people Tomtop.
Stop selling fake items as genuine, as original
Refund us immediately.

If you don't take responsibility for this.
We will correct the people who were scammed by TOMTOP and will sue Tomtop all together.

Hope we could have solved this issue sooner

Ordered a walkera v 450do3 heli. Opened box to find a heli as advertised with no instruction booklet, and no cd disk as advertised. Email told them about missing items, they told me take a picture of missing items after many attempts got nowhere still don't have cd disk. Went to a chat room someone sent me his own manual. Great con game take a picture of something u don't have.?

No geral a experiência foi muito boa. Os preços são excelentes e o site é fácil de usar. No entanto, fiquei um pouco decepcionado com o pós-venda. Entre eu comprar o produto e o produto ser postado, se passaram cerca de 10 dias, um período consideravelmente grande.

Apesar disso, a entrega foi rápida e tudo estava ok. Recomendo a Tomtop!

Had an issue with a 3D Printer Mainboard purchased from Tomtop and was concerned with warranty support for the product, but Tomtop came through. It took a bit of back and forth with their courteous customer support, but once the issue was determined, the failed part was replaced. Took a while for the part to be shipped, but now my 3D printer is up and running properly. I would have no problem doing business with this company again.

I ordered an oscilloscope kit including a case. The oscilloscope was delivered and works fine, but the case was missing.

It took them two weeks to agree to send the case. A further three weeks later it still hadn't been sent, and they agreed to refund part of the purchase price so that I could order it elsewhere.

I bought a portable monitor and it only worked a couple of time. I tried to get refunded or replace with a new device. They keep asking me sending video and I did but they cannot open the video for some reason. I sent the same video to my firends but they can play it. I feel like they are tryting to avoid the issue by replying a nonsense messages back to me. Eventually they offered me 20% of purchase amount refund to end the issue. Do not waste your time and energy.

After placing my order I soon came across a lot of negative reviews which made me a little nervous. However I received a great deal and I'm please with my purchase. They did take a long time to ship my order. With shipping being a major factor in business anything longer then a couple of weeks or even a week without an email can seem too long. I would give them 5 stars if they shipped my purchase faster or sent me an email as for the delay.

Scam website, don't buy from here. Product quality is terrible, sizing are all over the place and I'm pretty sure clothing will fall apart after a few washes and electronics will break in no time. They make returning things close to impossible as well.

Great shop, multiple shipping address with different prices but it is important to avoid importation custom tax.
Did not have any complain so far for the multiple buy's.
I like the promotions, even if one week later that are even better promotions.
I cannot get items cheaper in ebay or aliexpress.

Tom Top has the occasional good deal but I don't think their customer service is as good as Banggood. I keep getting emails saying to write good reviews for useless coupons. I reviewed a product I bought on their site and mentioned a problem with it and they didn't print the review. Banggood allows negative reviews on their website but it appears anything negative is not allowed on TomTop's website.

Update - after much to-and-fro, agreed to bin the battery, eventually managed to get refund... minus cost of postage;-( So not sure what this '45 day money back guarantee' or '1 year warranty' is all about. So currently only looking at them for lower-value 'flash-deals' etc with less risk...

Bought a DJI Phantom3SE drone off them, thereafter 2x spare compatible batteries. All working AOK. Bought a 4th battery - dead. So far, contacted *******@tomtop.com twice to return/replace - still awaiting a >relevant< response... Have actually had 2x replies... to leave reviews on review-websites?! Fingers crossed this will be sorted out soon, as usually good product at good prices...

I bought a projector and when I read those bad reviews i wanted to check for myself. Firstly I contacted the service to let them cancel my product and they said it would be cancelled within two days which is false according to their policy and refunds. Secondly the service broke off character and kept saying bags bags. I won't get the money I paid for which is incredibly sad. Thirdly every good review is only the people they paid for doing the good reviews so do not trust any good review from Tomtop!

Sehr schwieriger Kontakt bei Problemen, d. H. bei defekten Geräten 14 Tage hin und her schreiben und dann nach Einigung wegen zurückschicken, dann nochmal 3 Wochen Schreiberei ehe Geld zurück, aber auf den Rücksendekosten bleibt man sitzen!

Problem to tilt the yunteng monopod head even after un-tightened the screw. It is tight and needs a bit more energy than normal to tilt up and down. Panning left and right is smooth. If I send back to Tomtop, it requires more money than the cost of monopod. After a few emails back and forward, they stop replying to me. No solution at the end. Beware!

La compra ha sido satisfactoria, el producto llego en perfecto estado y perfectamente protegido.Los plazos de entrega se han cumplido, en envio ha sido muy rapido.Los plazos de procesamiento han sido mas largos de lo necesario, debido a falta de stock.Deberian tener en cuanta el stock en el momento de hacer la compra para evitar esperas innecesarias.De todas formas totalmente recomendable, volvere a comprar en su tienda.

SCAMMERS! Really dont buy there. I bought 2 printers by accident, and I have informed them after 3/4 days about this. They gave me address where I should return and I did this. They now have my package ( I didn't even open it) for 2 weeks. They avoid answering, they are lying.
It is really easy: I returned unpacked product and shop should refund me after few days.

I must edit my previous review of Tomtop. My item finally arrived after more than two weeks instead of 3-5 days as promised and it is in order. If you order from this site, just be patient. Their distribution system is a bit funny and communication is not their strongest side. You must trade patience for great price I suppose...

The delivery times are looooooooong. But that may not be a problem. I feel safer buying in TomTop than in AliExpress, I don't know why. Before my order arrive I felt like I had made a mistake, but everything arrived nicely packed and, well, I have no complaints. The Customer Service is Ok, they reply moderately fast (days, not hours), but this is legit. No problems on my end. Be careful as always when buying from China, but I would say there is no real risk.

If you have a problem, however... I guess you would leave a negative review.
