They have quality items at very reasonable prices. The shipping takes a while, which is understandable when shipping China to USA, but overall there were no issues and good communication... recommended.
I spent on tomtop few hundreds of $. All product (drones, rc planes and cameras) came with great condition, delivered by courier not common post, in one week from DE warehouse.

Update - after much to-and-fro, agreed to bin the battery, eventually managed to get refund... minus cost of postage;-( So not sure what this '45 day money back guarantee' or '1 year warranty' is all about. So currently only looking at them for lower-value 'flash-deals' etc with less risk...
Bought a DJI Phantom3SE drone off them, thereafter 2x spare compatible batteries. All working AOK. Bought a 4th battery - dead. So far, contacted support@tomtop.com twice to return/replace - still awaiting a >relevant< response... Have actually had 2x replies... to leave reviews on review-websites?! Fingers crossed this will be sorted out soon, as usually good product at good prices...
Great shop, multiple shipping address with different prices but it is important to avoid importation custom tax.

I have shopped many times with Tomtop but my latest was the worse. I paid for 6 day expedited shipping and the item took over a month to arrive. I attempted several times to cancel the order when I noticed that after 10 days they still had not shipped from the plant yet but none of my emails were answered
Seems like unless you ordered a hover board from these people they are great. Unfortunately I did order a hover board and I'm trying to be patient. It's been a month and I did receive one email from them but nothing since. Sounds like they put themselves in a precarious position with the hover board craze. My concern is that they have the item marked as a completed transaction when I have nothing in hand. I'd say at this point I am disappointed in the company and probably will not do any further business with them.

I bought 2 soap dispensers from Tomtop. One was defective in that it had two obvious blemishes. Since it was intended as a gift, I returned it to Tomtop for a refund. To date, they have not issued the refund or reimbursed me for my return freight cost. They sent me an email which insisted there were no defects. Fortunately, I kept pictures showing the defects and am escalating to Rakuten which facilitated the purchase.
Item received is not as Photographs on site. They are not authentic L. O. L. Series 3 Confetti Pop. What is advertised on their website is not what i received, contacted customer service but not helpful. Asking for a full refund and I am willing to send their items back on my on cost if that what it takes but instead offering me a $8 compensation from what i've paid $51.19

Bought Internet Tablet with about 8 months. Received the product 6 weeks later ans was defective. I returned it and they never replace nor reimburse anything. Made many attempt to settle the issue directly with them or with EBAY but problem still pending.
Basically took them 8 months to admit that the carrier lost my package and they are not doing anything about it. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!
EDIT: After posting many reviews in different websites the issue got sorted straight away (why couldn't this be done in the first place?) So my recommendation is if you a have a problem with them, publish everywhere!

Should have looked into what kind of seller this was before ordering. Capacitor meter never arrived. Tomtop never responded to multiple emails. This appears to be another Asian drop shipment company--someone with nothing but a website who orders from someone else after they are paid.

Bought a mouse in Jan 15, nothing arrived, asked if it will ever arrive, tomtop then went on an email merry go ride, back and forward with order numbers etc, until eventually they wanted photos?
Photos of what? Needless to say, avoid tomtop.

TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
