Basically took them 8 months to admit that the carrier lost my package and they are not doing anything about it. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs!
EDIT: After posting many reviews in different websites the issue got sorted straight away (why couldn't this be done in the first place?) So my recommendation is if you a have a problem with them, publish everywhere!
