I'm very disappointed with TOMTOP. I've bought a drone from them about couple weeks ago and one of the motors stopped spinning. I did some quick research and most people said that the issue probably related to a failed ESC board. I was like come on I only flew this drone few times and it just died on me. I then emailed TOMTOP support with a video clip to show them what the issue is and demanded either a replacement or a refund. Oh well I didn't get any response from them at all. I then posted a review of this drone on their site and guess what... they marked a 'failed' status on my posting. Really? That's it I'm not come back again!
Do not buy from TomTop. They don't honor their email promotions, the coupon codes mysteriously disappear from the total during checkout, and if you pay for faster shipping on batteries, then they tell you its not possible, they dont refund your money.
The customer support is worthless, not even reading the emails and messages you send or looking at pictures for proof. And then ask questions again that were answered in previous emails (that are quoted a few lines down!).
*EDIT - dont let their responses on here fool you. I've tried to work with them for over 3 weeks and now again they pretend like they want to help.

I have been buying items from this shop on a regular basis during several years and never had a problem. Every item received was just as described on their site, shipping with no any delay. What else should we expect from an overseas shop. I recommend it.
Extensive range of merchandise particularly RC/hobbies and electronics that you should order in advance. Customer service is courteous and professional though email communication is relatively slow but reliable. Opt for shipping insurance and tracking when available which is usually very reasonably priced.
It has been 11 weeks since i ordered a new telephone and it still hasn't arrived while the delivery should have been no more then 6 weeks. The only thing support has done so far is telling me to wait 5 more days.

I ordered a product almost a year ago. As I enquired about not having received it, I was told there were issues with covid. A few months later, having not heard about Tomtop, I contacted them again. They said that their supplier had raised the price, so they would send me the item I had ordered if I paid for an additional amount. I think this type of practice is totally dishonest.
I am now struggling to get a refund from tomtop. They have been saying it's coming... and will not offer a date. Stay away from TOMTOP
Tomtop, excellent products, fast shipping. I purchased a wi-fi plug in device and it was the only one that worked correctly. I had previously returned two others to local stores before being recommended to Tomtop.
I have ordered a few items now from TomTop. I can't say quite when it was I placed my first order, but it was a few years ago and I rem, ember exactly what it was - a replacement solar powered pump for my small garden fountain. I am always interested in TomTop's emails as they sell fascinating "Gadgetry and Big Boy's Toys" that you just don't see elsewhere (although my latest purchase is a baby walker for my little granddaughter). Sometimes, delivery is a little slow but always well worth the wait!

The RC car I bought from tomtop was defective and they told me a week ago that the problem would be solved. After waiting I am told that I have to wait even longer for them to think of another lie to tell me. Do not waste your money or time trying to deal with this sham of a company. The positive reviews are "Fake News" in my humble opinion seeing that they don't honor their own return policies (tomtop dot com//return-policy-guarantees.) I just wasted my time and money with this company and I am warning you not to do business with this company if you value either of these 2 things.
I don't support buying anything through Tom Top after my experience. They are unresponsive and in order to return an item for refund or exchange takes a very long time. It might be nearly a month before they even respond. They make a lot of mistakes when they communicate and don't explain thoroughly.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
