I'm very disappointed with TOMTOP. I've bought a drone from them about couple weeks ago and one of the motors stopped spinning. I did some quick research and most people said that the issue probably related to a failed ESC board. I was like come on I only flew this drone few times and it just died on me. I then emailed TOMTOP support with a video clip to show them what the issue is and demanded either a replacement or a refund. Oh well I didn't get any response from them at all. I then posted a review of this drone on their site and guess what... they marked a 'failed' status on my posting. Really? That's it I'm not come back again!

Do not buy from TomTop. They don't honor their email promotions, the coupon codes mysteriously disappear from the total during checkout, and if you pay for faster shipping on batteries, then they tell you its not possible, they dont refund your money.

The customer support is worthless, not even reading the emails and messages you send or looking at pictures for proof. And then ask questions again that were answered in previous emails (that are quoted a few lines down!).

*EDIT - dont let their responses on here fool you. I've tried to work with them for over 3 weeks and now again they pretend like they want to help.

Very bad

I didn't received my order. I have ordered auto tuner mixer in June 2017.and it's 4 October now. They are not giving satisfied reply. It's not good and professional behaviour. Don't purchase anything from this site.

Extensive range of merchandise particularly RC/hobbies and electronics that you should order in advance. Customer service is courteous and professional though email communication is relatively slow but reliable. Opt for shipping insurance and tracking when available which is usually very reasonably priced.

Terrible
December 31, 2016

It has been 11 weeks since i ordered a new telephone and it still hasn't arrived while the delivery should have been no more then 6 weeks. The only thing support has done so far is telling me to wait 5 more days.

Never buy here

Bought a phone for 200 euro, still didn't get it after a month and the only answer i got from them is pretty much "just wait please"

It was sent from germany to france btw, even stuff from china come faster

I ordered an item on 3/3/17. Two (2) months later it still hasn't arrived. My credit card was charged shortly after the order was placed. I wrote to them twice and got no reply. They are despicable thieves of the worst description and I will never deal with them again.

I ordered a product almost a year ago. As I enquired about not having received it, I was told there were issues with covid. A few months later, having not heard about Tomtop, I contacted them again. They said that their supplier had raised the price, so they would send me the item I had ordered if I paid for an additional amount. I think this type of practice is totally dishonest.

I am now struggling to get a refund from tomtop. They have been saying it's coming... and will not offer a date. Stay away from TOMTOP

I have ordered a few items now from TomTop. I can't say quite when it was I placed my first order, but it was a few years ago and I rem, ember exactly what it was - a replacement solar powered pump for my small garden fountain. I am always interested in TomTop's emails as they sell fascinating "Gadgetry and Big Boy's Toys" that you just don't see elsewhere (although my latest purchase is a baby walker for my little granddaughter). Sometimes, delivery is a little slow but always well worth the wait!

I confirm this is my honest, unbiased and unsolicited opinion. Ian

Stay away!

Beware! Don't do the same mistake I did. Bought a phone - 1 month already and it still processing. No support whatsoever. Sounds like a complete scam. Thank god I paid via Paypal - escalated to them. I hope I will get my money back. -1 Star

Hi

TomTop support is unable to provide detailed information about my order shipping status, they just referred me to tracking web site which hasn't been updated for 18 days!
Shipping estimation was 7 to 15 days! The order has been placed on 26/11/2017, today is 18/12/2017
Never go back again, should be faithful to eBay, so regret

Bad experience

Bad experience... I bought two items before Christmas, both items are defective and 3 months later I still have not gotten a response from tomtop, they do not respond to emails, the assistance chat always goes out. Not recommended to buy in this online store

I had ordered a product from tomtop but never got delivered and never got refund even after requesting the support team continuously. They asked me to check in the post office which i did and could not find the item due to which i asked for refund and they did not process until now.the item was ordered in january and now its may till not reached india is not acceptable. Even the support people are misusing customers patience. I will not suggest this site for any items. Please donot pay in this sit they will cheat you. The RC car I bought from tomtop was defective and they told me a week ago that the problem would be solved. After waiting I am told that I have to wait even longer for them to think of another lie to tell me. Do not waste your money or time trying to deal with this sham of a company. The positive reviews are "Fake News" in my humble opinion seeing that they don't honor their own return policies (tomtop dot com//return-policy-guarantees.) I just wasted my time and money with this company and I am warning you not to do business with this company if you value either of these 2 things.

I don't support buying anything through Tom Top after my experience. They are unresponsive and in order to return an item for refund or exchange takes a very long time. It might be nearly a month before they even respond. They make a lot of mistakes when they communicate and don't explain thoroughly.
