I ordered a product almost a year ago. As I enquired about not having received it, I was told there were issues with covid. A few months later, having not heard about Tomtop, I contacted them again. They said that their supplier had raised the price, so they would send me the item I had ordered if I paid for an additional amount. I think this type of practice is totally dishonest.
I am now struggling to get a refund from tomtop. They have been saying it's coming... and will not offer a date. Stay away from TOMTOP
