It's doesn't work at all. It doesn't work properly inside my home especially. I tried to rise a complaint and it didn't work. I tried to add tower option in my area and it says excellent service but it doesn't work. Why don't they improve the service rather than giving silly advertising for the same. Really pathetic. Area is in cheddanagar, chembur West, mumbai. You don't get network in Mumbai the major city and show advts of network at rural areas. That's really ridiculous. Even when I am writing this it's a blank network shown.
I had booked a ticket from chembur east to pune in dattakrupa travels at early morning 4.17am giving 1000 rs for avoiding any problems of reaching pune since it was very urgent for me. I was on the spot before half an hour waiting for bus but it did not come. I called the numbers provided in the ticket, none of them answer after n number of calls, i waited till 6am in the morning without any information. I called redbus team and got the reply that they cannot track the bus. I got a message after that telling that the bus is 2 hrs late which was anyway useless. I had to book an ola outstation cab paying double to reach on time. This was the ridiculous experience and will never choose or recommend red bus for travel. I requested for refund of money and i just got an apology mail from the travels. This is the extreme of fraud and careless in customer care

After the review tomtop has taken the initiative to refund my money and which shows their improvement in regards of customer service. Well done tomtop, i would prefer to purchase more items from the site since they have supported me
I had ordered a product from tomtop but never got delivered and never got refund even after requesting the support team continuously. They asked me to check in the post office which i did and could not find the item due to which i asked for refund and they did not process until now.the item was ordered in january and now its may till not reached india is not acceptable. Even the support people are misusing customers patience. I will not suggest this site for any items. Please donot pay in this sit they will cheat you. Donot get into fraud they will not deliver product nor refund your money.stay away
They deliver product on time or before time which is appreciable but donot update in the website tracking details. Overall its trust-able online shopping site
