I ordered an electronic product for about 660$ and tried to cancel my order beacause i read so many bad experiences from this site - i tried to call them, wrote a lot of emails and tried the live chat.
I just got in the live chat the information my product is not in stock and it will be at their warehouse in 10 days. I got this message for 4 times - after i said i want to cancel my order they startet ignoring me.
It's impossible to communicate with them so my money is gone.

Hello guys! This shop comes true my dreams. It's really amazing RC quadcopter as i ever buy.My MAVIC pro comes to me for 15 days! Using standard shipping. 15 days! Now same facts about this parcel.
- The parcel had so many dints at body. But Quadcopter packed well.
- Best PRICE for DJI products.
When you buy a toy more then $1000, you really want to know that it's new and not refurbished.
I started tested my copter for authenticity using DJI QR-code. And he was the original and new.

Bought a DJI Phantom3SE drone off them, thereafter 2x spare compatible batteries. All working AOK. Bought a 4th battery - dead. Fingers crossed this will be sorted out soon, as usually good product at good prices...
They sent me a defective item drone. The controller would not pair with the drone. That started a frustrating and time consuming process that took weeks and I ended up with a $22 refund for a $40 item. I had to submit a dispute with paypal for a refund to get a response from them. They wore me down and I accepted a partial settlement. One of the reasons I settled was that I checked how much shipping to China from the US was. It would have cost me about what I paid for the item, possibly more. Keep this in mind if you buy something from them. There are too many good sellers out there to buy from toptom.
Before I submitted the dispute with paypal I tried working with their support. First they wanted a video of the problem. I sent it. They said they have no way of reading the video. It was an mp4 file. I suggest that since it was one of the most common video formats that they find a way.
They responded with suggestions which I tried. None worked. Then it got interesting. The email thread we were using back and forth was suddenly receiving a delivery failure "550 Mail content denied". Strange that this thread started to be blocked. I was able to send a test email and it wasn't blocked. I wonder if they blocked the email based on certain content like maybe the order # od paypal dispute #.
I found another email for them that was listed in the paypal dispute information. I sent another email. They asked for a video. I told them i already sent one. They offered my a $15 refund. I said I would take $30. They said $20. Told them no. They said the best they could do was $22. As I mentioned I took it because this has been WAY too time consuming. Also the next step would be to file a claim and I was risking that they would ask me to return the item. Shipping to China would have possibly been more that I paid for the item.

Interesting. Now you're saying that I can return it? Why wasn't this option given to me over the 3+ weeks and numerous emails when I had the paypal dispute open?
It doesn't matter. I checked with the USPS and it would cost me $60 to return a $40 item. THAT'S MY POINT. The Tomtop warranty is useless. There are too many good sellers out there to risk buying anything from tomtop.

I needed a new smartphone, saw one on the Tomtop.com site and bought it online, no mention of it being out of stock. I got an email from them saying the could not supply the phone and would I like a refund.
I sourced an alternative phone from a different company and accepted their refund.
Tomtop then advised me that they could now supply the phone and would be sending it. I advised them that I had an alternative phone and that I had accepted their offer of a refund.
They sent the phone anyway!
Then I was to fund the return of the phone that they need not have sent.
Their business practice seems to be sell what they don't have, source it, then send it even if they have offered a refund in the hope you just accept it.
I will NEVER do business with this very dodgy company again.

So, initially I was doubtful on ordering on this website because of mixed reviews. I've never had an issue buying online and was hoping this not to be the first.
I bought a Xiaomi M365 Electric Scooter from TomTop. All the process was excellent. I received my scooter today through UPS and could not be happier!
Seller provided tracking, although it took nearly 13 days for UPS to receive the package, then it was just 3 days for me to receive it. Unit working 100%, I saved quite a few euros vs local price. It was a great shopping experience and customer service did not take more than 24 hours to answer my questions.

I ordered my oneplus 5 almost 3 months ago and I was worried cause it was my first time ordering from this site, first it took them 4 days to complete the payment then it took them about 10 days to ship the phone then tracking came up 5 days later and that was okay but it never arrived at my door and they told me to go to the post office and customs office to check if it's there but my package hasn't even arrived at my country and I wrote them at least 10 emails about how I want my money back because they told me if my package is still shipping after 50 days they will return my money but they always say sorry and they always change the subject and they don't want to return the money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! This is the stupid mistake you can ever make! They are very good at keeping me busy! I did my order 3 months ago, we are still sending emails! That is just absurd! Most of the time I have to wait for days for a response! I get an answer that is totally different from my question! They said they had already tried twice to pay me back, but I had not received anything so they said it was a mistake with paypal. So they had asked to send it back and I would get a full refund. So seriously, how are you going to pay me back if you just say that you have already tried it twice and it does not work?! I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
