I ordered a needle scaler which included free postage and received a bill for the postage which I paid ( 14/10/17) and did not receive a tracking number and haven't received the product. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

ATTENTION, this shop lies a lot in the description of the product! I ordered a dash cam with Full HD resolution, wide angle camera and night vision. I got a VGA 640x480 camera, deffinitely not wide angle, just regular, and night vision works not further than 20-30cm in front of the camera. After about 20 emails Tomtop support offers me nothing more than a 3$ refund and some points. THIS IS FRAUD! I usually buy a lot from China from other better shops. This is the worst shop I encountered.

At the beginning I was a little cautious but then i decided to make a purchase from TomTop. I must say that i received exactly what i ordered with a slightly delay. In fact i received a remarkable camera and was delivered to me with all its accessories.
Furthermore before order i had contacted with customer service a couple of times asking information about the product. They responded immediately the same day or at least the next day sure. So i my opinion is authentic!
I will continue to shop from TomTop because of competitive prices and a fairly number of products as well as their originality of them.
I ordered a gimbal from this website one month ago, which is priced significantly lower than other retails. Estimated delivery time is 7-20 days in the order confirmation mail. And after couple days later ive got another mail with the tracking number. Everything was fine until i saw that my product never ship out of China customs and turned back to seller after 20 days. I tried to contact the seller from different mail addresses of thrir customer service and got no answer. Their chat screen does not work. It's not problem whether it take 20 days or 40 days, but it's problem when you dont get any response fom customer services. They seems like steel my money. My only option is to apply for a charge back from my credit card company. What a terrible shopping experience. I lost my 1 month, and nott sure get money back or not. Never ever again.
Update: Im sending mails to their customer support but still cannot get any answer about refund. They write automated replies to reviews here, but give no answer from customer support.

I received a C-Fly Obtain 803 drone from TomTop with a defective/faulty controller.
I have requested a replacement controller but all TomTop have offered is a discount off purchase price in order to have controller repaired.
A repairer cannot fix a faulty battery.
Further requests to TomTop to have controller replaced have gone unanswered, so my impression of their customer service so far is poor.

Hi, I bought a WLToys V912 helicopter, was told when ordering should be about 10 business days delivery, but it turned up in only 4 days so was really pleased.

My story a while back is... I made a $5 purchase for a tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay. TOMTOP seems like they have several accounts under eBay. I have made a total of two purchases under their different accounts. Both items were for a tackle box. The first purchase was never received and waited 2 or 3 months (I can’t recall) for it to arrive as they described in the listing. TOMTOP’s customer service is excellent when they are selling or in the process of selling you an item. The problem starts when you have to make a claim or return an item. Well they kindly assured me to wait all the way until eBay’s money back guarantee was gone (I think this is within 30 days). I could’ve gone through my credit card for refund but since this was only $5 it was not worth it. Writing the bad review here was fulfilling to me. The second time I bought the tackle box from TOMTOP through eBay arrived quickly this time. The only difference was that they were under different Ebay account holders. I would have liked to leave them bad feedback but didn’t since I did receive the tackle box. Now why did I purchase from them the second time? It was because I didn’t expect to receive it and wanted to go through eBay for the money back and leave the bad feedback……………. Moral of story…. Don’t purchase from TOMTOP unless you can eat the loss.
