I sent a few items back (with confirmed delivery) and it has been 21 business days since my items arrived at the warehouse and I still have not received confirmation that my return is being processed. Customer service is awful and is not able to provide a reason, so they are basically holding my money hostage. This is a poorly run business and I would not trust them with my payment information.

I finally did get my reimbursement for the dress I had purchased through Tobi. Just don't expect the return to be fast - it took about 3 months however they did in the end take the return. However you never know when because it is true about not good communication with there customer service. I I don't think quality is noticeable with there products but it could work for some.
I ordered a dress from here for a wedding for $72. I read the reviews about how bad returning items was but I decided to give it a chance. DON'T do it! I got the dress and I immediately didn't like it. I returned it the next day and this was back in early June. I've received no confirmation yet about it being processed and it's been almost 2 months now. What an absolute waste of money. I guess they just take and keep money from customers even though you return the items. I wish I had never purchased it in the first place. All the terrible reviews are completely true.
Do not pay for anything more than standard shipping. They will take as long as they want to process your order which cancels out the point of paying for speedy shipping. I paid for 3-day and I'm going to have to wait over a week to receive my items. Customer service will not pick up their phone and every email goes unanswered if you're upset. I emailed a stylist about items being in stock and I received a response the next day. I've sent two to customer service and neither have been answered. NOT WORTH IT. Yes, the clothes are cute. But at what price? You're treated as if your money means nothing to them. Now I get to ask a friend to get the items from my door step this weekend since I'll be out of town. AWESOME! Just the problem I was trying to avoid by purchasing LAST WEEK and paying extra for 3-day shipping. MISERABLE!
This was my first time ordering and I heard good things from my friends. The site was having 50% off site wide for black friday and I figured why not… So I ordered about 200$ worth of clothing. It took 5 days to ship which was a little disappointing because their site clearly says 2 business days and I did not get a confirmation email saying it was shipped.
Weird things started happening. My bill was 103$ for 6 items all week, but once it got shipped my order dropped to 57$…. 2 of my items totals were 0$. I thought it was weird but I let it go. A week later I got my order, no duty (I live in Canada) which was exciting.
I opened my package and inside was 1 item I ordered and 2 things I did not with a note saying "sorry we messed up". Neither of the items I didn't order but they sent were in my size, and on the bill that came with the package I was charged for all 6 items I originally ordered.
Very angry about this. I better get my clothing or else I will never order from them again.
Tobi's clothes are SUPER CUTE. And the prices are reasonable for the most part. I've ordered from this website over 5 times and standard shipping has always been pretty quick! (4 days at most) But my trouble with them was the fact that it took TWO WEEKS for them to actually receive my return items and they almost never pick up their phone! I'm still waiting for my refund to show up on my bank account (it's been 3 weeks since I shipped it). But other than that, it's not too intolerable. If you have any questions, its better to email them rather than calling them...
Worst customer service ever! Ordered 2 dresses, both on the same day but at separate times. I received one dress Monday. And the other is no where to be found. Tracking info still just says "tracking label created". I've called time and time again, no answer. I've emailed, no answer. They sure didn't hesitate to charge that 48$ to my credit card though. Do NOT shop here! What a waste of cute clothing. Whoever runs this site needs to go back and learn how to properly handle order mess ups. And best believe when I do get ahold of someone, hell is going to break loose. And if this doesn't get fixed a law suit will be coming their way.
My package only took about two weeks to get to me which was great but the product it self fits horrible and even though I got a small could fit someone who is a large. Wont be ordering from the site again. Plus it saids no returns or exchanges so I paid $37 CAN for something I can never wear. Super disappointing..
I had a few questions about my order because it hadn't been sent yet. Their customer service was amazing and I'm very impressed. I've ordered from them before and for the prices you're buying at the quality is good. I definitely will continue shopping here
I've always shopped here. Don't know what happened this year. My order was cancelled randomly and when I sent 3 emails asking why no one replied. Till this day I have not gotten any repsonse. Now I won't have any presents for sister in law. The clothes are good but you take a risk with no phone number to call and terrible customer service. I will not shop Tobi again. Try Pretty little things or necessary clothing instead.
I have been shopping on Tobi for about 2 and a half years now. It is one of the only clothing stores online that I actually trust. Everything I have ever bought on Tobi.com, I've loved. It is hard for me to find clothing that fits well because I am 5 feet tall, 115 lbs, very wide hips and tights, very small waist and chest. In the beginning, I assumed all of their clothes was for tall lean women, but I was wrong! You just need to be smart about what you buy, like if you're going to buy a maxi dress and it's not petite (they don't carry petite sizes, I usually buy XS or S), then anticipate that you're going to have to get the bottom tailored but it should fit. I probably have over 30 articles of clothing from Tobi and some pieces are my favorite things I own. The quality is always good, they prices aren't bad, and I've never had to return anything because i'm always pleased!
Honestly, do not buy things regular price on this site. If you're using the 50% off code, you get what you pay for. I bought a sheer dress (http://www.tobi.com/product/*******-tobi-ariel-v-mesh-maxi-dress?color_id=*******), it had loose threads everywhere. The underlining was too short, and continued to ride up exposing my butt. The sizing is a bit off. Dress is overall cheap quality.
I made the terrible mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering and spent $125 on 6 items. My order took over a week to ship despite selecting 2-3 day shipping and living in California. Not so much of a deal breaker but definitely annoying. When I finally did receive the clothes the sizing was all off. I ordered a medium, my usual size, in everything but nothing fit right. Either I was swimming in fabric or there wasn't enough. Half the items I bought were final sale and judging by the reviews I now think they do that on purpose because they know their clothes are crap and that most people will want to return them. Definitely not worth the money even with the 50% discount!
I've bought from Tobi many times and I love the quality of their clothes. Shipping is so fast, and always free, both ways. Their customer service is excellent and they are always fast to respond to my emails. I've bought birthday, graduation, and christmas dresses from here and they're always the first website I go to when I need an outfit. They also offer 50% off at least twice a month, can't go wrong with that! Love tobi!
Took almost 6 weeks to deliver but I'll give them a bye for covid and the holidays. Normally they are very prompt. Product was great, fit, good sale prices. It's not my first time shopping with them and I'll shop from them again.
I'm surprised to see bad reviews. I've ordered from Tobi five times and never had any issues. I received everything I orderedno damaged items or wrong sizes. Nothing. They have excellent customer service. One time one of my orders seemed to be taking a while to process, so I emailed them and got a response within the hour. Another time my order was taking a while to process, Tobi emailed me themselves to reassure me everything was fine and it'll ship soon. I agree a lot of their stuff is insanely overpriced (that's why I only gave 4 stars), but you can still find lots of affordable items, especially in their sale section. You can trust this site.
After reading all these reviews, I was extremely nervous about ordering from the site. I have a cruise in a couple of weeks and needed some dresses, and this site has so much cute that I can't find anywhere else. With the 50% off I decided to give it a try. I ordered 6 dresses (totaling at $170). I ordered Monday morning and emailed customer service right away asking if the shipping in 3-5 business days stands true, since I have a party Saturday that I would love to wear one of the dresses to. They answered within the hour and let me know that it almost always will come in time... extremely friendly and helpful, not guaranteeing me anything or giving me false hope. So that was Monday, and I got all 6 dresses Thursday morning! They're just as cute in person! Just don't be expecting extremely high quality expensive materials. It's definitely worth the price though! Can't wait for the next pay check to roll in now that I completely trust the site:-)
DO NOT order from this company if you are wanting an order in a timely manner. I originally ordered a dress the first week of Jan, they have not even processed it yet. Any time I email in asking for an update or finally at this point to cancel the order they respond with a generic "it take two days to process"... well its been about 19 days now. I was originally going to wear my purchase to a wedding in Savannah in the middle of Feb (noticed I purchased 6 weeks in advance thank goodness) and have now had to order from Nords. This company does not care about its customers and reminds me more of those cheap Chinese clothing scam companies than anything.
Really surprised with some of the bad reviews, I've ordered from Tobi at least 6 times and never had any issues. The items always turn out looking how I thought and they are really cute! The only somewhat major problem I've had is with a pair of autumn leaf shorts that have a hole in the crotch due to the seam unraveling, this was after I had worn them so I'm not sure if it was there before or after.
Some of my favorite clothes are from this site and it's my number one place to online shop, I hope everyone has as good of an experience with this site as I do! For delivery it has never taken more than a week. I live in NY.
I don't know why Tobi is getting so many bad reviews?! Some of my cutest tops and dresses are from Tobi. And I'm a tall girl and ALWAYS have trouble with sizing when it comes to cheap clothing sites. I've never had this problem with Tobi. There have been a handful of things I've had to return because they didn't fit right or weren't what I expected. However isn't this the risk you take with ANY online shopping site? They make returns quick and easy and have always responded to my emails within less than 24 hours. I recommend Tobi to all my friends and have gotten a few them totally hooked!
I'm so disappointed because I've ordered with them so many times, but last month I ordered ONE pair of jeans. For over a month, the order just said processing. I emailed them 3 times. Finally got some bs automated response. Checked back on my order, which said it had been cancelled! Normally I wouldn't care, since it refunds your card, except for the fact that I paid with a visa gift card that I no longer have! So basically my aunt's Christmas present to me went in the trash. I will be telling all my friends to stay very far away from this joke of a company.

Answer: Contact customer service and tell them, this happened to me before using a few other websites and they told me to place the order anyway and gave me a refund for the items that were overcharged. Pretty annoying when you have a 50% off code to use and they mess it up!
Answer: With your best interest in mind, I would advise that you return in separate packages with labels from each order and watch it closely from beginning to end of the return so it doesn't slip through the cracks. Get a tracking number for each also.
