3rd party reseller, no refund or exchange policy. Fake tickets with ticketmaster type website and refund/exchange policy copied word for word from ticketmaster on the ticket they send you. TOTAL SCAM... DO NOT ORDER!
My husband is not internet savy and thought he was on a reputable site selling tickets direct through the Allegan county fair box office. Their google search even yielded the name of the fair ahead of their web address so it looked like he was entering a site to buy fair tickets for the fair concert. He bought $30 tickets that were $96 each through this scam of a company... I was able to rebuy tickets with better seats for $48 each... we are disputing the charge currently with our credit card company as this shister company won't refund your money. This company must have their employees writing fake review for them constantly to get their review stars to go up. BUYER BEWARE SCAM ALERT! IF YOU LIKE TO PAY TRIPLE THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU!
Tickets-Center.com is a really bad company in my opinion. I am assuming you got to this review only after your own disagreement with them. Don't bother with the company's customer service beyond the obligatory stuff you have to do and that the credit card company wants you to try first. Then dispute the charge with your credit card company and do not give up.
It's easy to use it just the survey it's annoying and when u have to summit the answer it doesn't work
I purchased 4 tickets to opening day at Yankee Stadium. The game was rescheduled due to snow and I could not attend the rescheduled game. This site would not provide me with tickets to another game nor refund my money. They were very difficult to deal with.
Tickets were double the price for Macy Gray in Vancouver than the Ticketfly prices. And for a Canadian venue, the prices were in USD. Buyer beware!
My experience with ticket center was great very fast and easy and when i did call to ask Q about my ticket all my Q was answered im very pleased with their service
MESSED UP MY TICKETS AND THEY WERE VERY UNDERSTANDING AND SENT ME ANOTHER DOWN LOAD TO PRINT. I PRINTED TWO COPIES ONE FOR ME AND GIVING THE OTHER ONE PERSON GOING WITH ME. JUST IN CASE I LOOSE THEM.
They lie cheat and steal! Legally tho. Buyer beware... do NOT buy tickets on this site. They are a rip off trolling for naive consumers. The only people giving them a good review are their own people. Go any where else for tickets

I needed 2 more tickets to a hockey game and was able to get them relatively close to the ones we already had. Price was better than expected.
Instead of buying 5 tickets for $200, I was charged $1,000. The website doesn't show you the amount charged until the sale is final. Dishonest in everyway. Positive reviews of this service on this site can only be plants. I have filed a fraudulent claim against this business with my bank.
The website works very efficiently, had a good map of the venue (not a major one). Response times were quick. The ticket download was available quickly. All that is great.
The downside is that you pay handsomely for the wonderful service. It's more apparent for inexpensive tickets like I bought, but of the 40 dollars I paid, 14 went for service fees. That's more than a third of the total cost. Another way of putting that is that the service fee was more than half the cost of the tickets.
We only ordered from this site because it was a last minute ticket for a football game... the service fees of $7.50 for instant download were more expensive than the $7 ticket! I won't be ordering from this site again.
Very user friendly. It is very simplistic to chose your seats and much ease for payment. I wish it was this easy on all ticket sites.
I will know what is most important about Tickets-Center after I have been able to sit in the seats I reserved. Right now, the tickets were more expensive than I would have liked.

I had a ticket. Paid good money to see Flogging Molly. I got bumped in the nose barely and got a bloody nose. I stepped outside for a minute and the bouncer would not let me back in. Said that I was fighting and was a liability since I was bleeding because he didn't know if I had anything. I was doing my best to be polite and they were very rude. I feel like the situation could've been handled differently. Maybe they could've let me go to the bathroom and get cleaned up. Tickets were not cheap and I feel like it was a waste of money for me. It's not EventsTicketCenter's fault it was the venue(Pub Station Billings, MT)
