Watch Out!

I got redirected to their site when I thought I was buying tickets form the venue box office. I thought the price was a little high but went through with the purchase. Minutes later I discovered I had been ripped off. Paid $90 for $40 tickets. Plus their exorbitant service charges. What a scam! I immediately attempted to cancel my order. They won't do it.

Scammed me!

I went to the venue to purchase my ticket and there was an icon for Ticket Fly, which I clicked on. Somehow got re-directed to this site and was charged $40 more than my ticket price for each of my two tickets purchased. This is for a general admission concert for a relatively unknown band.

I was getting worried that I hadn't received my order. I called Customer Service who guaranteed my order. I received my tickets today with a surprise upgrade. My nephew will be ecstatic when he sees Paw Patrol tonight!

Total scam

Do not buy tickets from this website. Charged me $70 for $25 tickets plus all the surcharges. We will see if the tickets even work. I was completely taken advantage of for not reading all the fine print.

Disappointed

I ordered 2 tickets to the Amy Grant/Vince Gill Christmas show. The total cost for 2 tickets was 412 dollars. The price on the tickets we received was 55 dollars each. I expected to pay more, but the seats were horrible. I was behind a pole and had to bend to the side the entire time. I could only see the three microphones. We could not see any of the stage except a little of the front. We did not get our tickets until the afternoon before the performance, and I worried we were not going to get them. I would not use this site again.

Long review, will save you some $$$$
The Tickets-center is riding on the confusion it creates with the similar name of Ticket Center/Tickets Online, which has good customer service and operates very differently, I can attest to it since I have been a customer.
I scanned through the complaints against Tickets-Center (ratings of 1.5 stars!), overwhelmingly like mine: We selected 4 seats, purposefully the best seats in the house on first floor for about $145 each (10/3/2018 for a show 12/2/18 a total charge of $627.50). We get an email that states transfer of the tickets to be available on a later date (11/30/18) And then we get an email from Ticketmaster giving me all the information of the tickets that if I accept tickets will be transferred to us. That is when I learned the location of the seats (almost last row of the third level! Not even the elevator goes there), and it's real value of less than a third of what we paid price gouging!.
We did not accept the tickets, we contacted Ticketmaster, who until the day before the event clarified that the tickets have not been transferred to us since we have not accepted them and are still owned by "Chris" the selling party at Tickets-Center (none of this was clear to me until then)
Contacting Tickets-Center was extremely difficult in spite of their logo 100% Buyers Guarantee. Live Chat is not alive and it is not a chat, (for questions about x, enter 1, etc) therefore is nonexistent. I emailed several times and I only received acknowledgment of 2 of those emails and calling them (1800. 833. 7698 and 1800. 361. 7978) is a nightmare when I finally succeeded it was a 55 minute wait, first talked to Jimmy and then was transferred with Tae (a Senior Account Specialist), overall a 1 and half to be told that their sales are final and they insisted that we ought to accept the tickets. All the way until November 30 we insisted on willing to accept tickets on the first floor.
First we want a full refund to my credit card. Additionally I would like that the difference between the 2 companies be a lot more clear and that they are stopped from the abusive practices they have, including price gouging.
There is such a thing as #tickets-center rip off, #tickets-center complaints etc!

Do NOT buy your tickets from this site. They are absolutely AWFUL. The tickets are priced three times the face value and they are completely unhelpful and rude when you are looking for options to return or resell the overpriced tickets.

Do not buy tickets from them! The tickets they sell are triple the price of the venue, insurance is for "Covered" cancellations only and you get no physical ticket, only on phone ( Difficult to say the least when you are buying tickets for someone else. I purchased 2 tickets and was charged $173 and afterwards when I realized they were not the venue site, the same tickets were on sale for 25 each. Criminal!

They sold me tickets to an event that was cancelled 2 weeks before I made the purchase. They day of the event came and they are still refusing to credit me even though the event website shows it was cancelled. They say they have to wait for official notification and if they get it I will have to wait 2 weeks for a credit. Very poor customer service. I contacted them over 5 times.

I purchased tickets from here and after they took my money they tickets were sent and they were not for the actual performance but a 1 hour shortened version (but for the price plus more of the full event) This information was not disclosed to me and should have been! They won't even respond to my request for communication and cancellation even though they allow the seller to give incorrect information. Stay away! Dishonest company!

Beware the bait & switch! They claim to be the box office of the venue you're going to. They aren't! For most shows, you can get much cheaper tickets by going directly to the venue website. They claim to have tickets to sell. They don't! They charge you triple the face value to connect you with people that may or may not be selling legitimate tickets. They do not verify the authenticity of the tickets!

They do not have tickets in hand
If you buy tickets months in advance you might not get them till 1 week before event.
I can not gift them
I can't resell them till I have the tickets.
They offer no option for refund.

They are very deceitful.

Will NOT tell you they sell out of the US and if you are canadian, chances are you will pay the value of an extra seat just in currency difference. I am deeply pissed and will never use that website again

Scam

Their site looked like the actual venue. I got what I thought were the best tickets. They ended up not revealing what seats they were and then I saw on the receipt, they were a third party. I found the actual venue site, saw there were way better seats available that cost half the price. They don't respond except by a pre-written email that they will get their money regardless and report you to credit bureaus. This is blatant price gauging and theft. Avoid at all costs.

Had a great evening

My boyfriend accidentally booked tickets for Golden State Warriors game through this website as he thought it was the official site. After he realised it wasn't the official site I looked on the internet for reviews and saw multiple times 'scam' 'you will never receive tickets', 'you will pay way too much' etc... Although he HAD received his tickets immediatly after the payment we were still petrified the tickets would be fake. So, the evening of the game we went to the arena and after all we just got in and had a great time. The only thing I can say is that we checked the face value of the tickets and we paid 20$ too much but the website of tickets-center warns you for that, so we still very satisfied with how everything went.

This company charged me over double what the seat was worth for a Canadian event. Don't purchase here just get your ticket straight from Ticketmaster.
