Company attaches ticket site to the actual venue appearing as if they are that venue. Then they charge you 3x the amount and you don't even know which seats you are getting.

They will not refund $$$$. Calling their phone number puts you into a loop and you can never talk to anyone. Emails go unanswered. So unless you like being scalped and ripped off, stay far away and pay close attention the Venue's Site so you don't mistakenly pick this company.

Tried to cancel tickets immediately once I realized what was going on, and they never responded.

My tickets were to the Illusionist Broadway at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, CO.

The venue is 6 months away. So this is just a complete scam taking advantage of the Consumer.

The reviews on their website are false. No way anyony could be happy getting robbed Check prices on other sites before you waste your money. This sight charges 4 times going rate and 20 something dollars overnight fee but what night you'll never know definitely not the day or even week you paid them could be the night before the event if you get them at all. If your going out of town for event you can't even get the tickets beause you never know when or if they'll be mailed. No refunds. Try calling that's a joke too. Slime balls
Also like one of the other reviews said be careful where Google leads you it may look like the legit venue website but then they bait and switch

I purchased Maroon 5 tickets for a concert tomorrow night for my sisters birthday. First, they charged me $500 per ticket for tickets going for $280. Second, I have yet to get the tickets and when I called today to say they were not delivered by 9/14/18 as promised I was on hold for over an hour with 3 different agents who said I already received the tickets on November 6 which I did not. They said they cannot guarantee the seller can send them to me again which means I have way overspent on these tickets and now have no tickets. Not to mention I needed to sell 2 of them which sold on Stub Hub and now Stub Hub is charging me 40% of the ticket price for tickets I did not deliver on. This is a NIGHTMARE and I am out about $1700+ and I have no tickets for my sisters birthday tomorrow night. I have no idea what to do. I feel completely robbed.

This website redirects from the venue that you put into a google search. As the user, you think you are actually buying a legit ticket from the venue because there is a seating plan of the venue. They stress you with a countdown timer to buy the ticket, which runs throughout the transaction. So you are putting in your credit card info and details trying to beat the timer, not realizing that you are NOT at the real venue site or that there is some tiny legal somewhere that claims that there are no refunds. So then they email you something with no ticket, eventually you click on a link that directs you to a PDF of Joe Shmo who bought the ticket for around $40 and now you have spent somewhere around $200 and see that Joe's name is on the pdf. Good luck with that at the concert that you are dying to go to! There is no verified process, for instance, ticket master will verify your etickets and also verify if you want to resell them so that 25 people due not purchase the same ticket, print the cheasy pdf and then all show up at the venue for the same one seat. They are incredibly aggressive, they will not give you a refund even if you try to get a refund within 30 minutes of realizing that you have been ripped off and ask them. You have absolutely no recourse as a consumer. There is no way to verify your ticket so that you are covered when you get to the show. The original person may have resold on various scalping sites and you could be one of a group of chumps who just got overly excited to see your band and paid double or triple the price for a pdf of a ticket. No hard ticket will be sent to you as in other legitimate ticket venues. Read the many bad reviews that these guys have. Stay away and buy from a legitimate ticket seller like TICKETMASTER.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I bought Milwaukee Brewers Tickets about a month ago. They took forever to email the tickets to me (which, how hard it is to send an email confirmation). Then I gave the tickets to CUSTOMERS of my company who were denied at the door because the tickets were fake. I have had multiple phone conversations with tickets centers customer service who have been doing everything they can to not refund me for the purchase. Please do not use this website to buy tickets.

An error was make and they took over 300.00 dollars from me. While looking at there site my granddaughter pressing buttons and bought tickets. I immediately connect them live chat only way and they refused to cancel order. What kind of company would do this, well this company will. So ask your self what more are they willing to do to keep your money. By the way I also contact American express and they refuse to remove the charge. Looks like if you give them money they will keep it and give you nothing more cause they don't have to to keep your money.

I went to purchase a singular ticket from this site. Before checking out but after entering my card information, I discovered a SIGNIFICANTLY better price on tickets (these were more than double the other price) and went to exit the site. When I hit the back button on my laptop, it checked me out instead. They stole 80$ from me. I immediately got on their customer service chat, and the agent disconnected our chat when i got frustrated and offered no resolution. Next day I called them, they said they had a resolution but couldn't tell me what it was. Call back again the next day, they say they can give me a "one time courtesy refund" and it would be issued in 3-5 business days. They also said theyd send me a cancellation email. Im on day 6 and still no refund, and no one can connect me to the department that authorizes refunds. I also reported them as a scam to the BBB but I want to get as much word out as possible to stay far far away from this company.

I bought tickets for a monster jam event in south Florida miami two weeks ago and today when I went to the venue I was denied entry because when they scanned my tickets they were voided and so far customer service isn't helping what so ever saying they are going to start an investigation, without even giving us a guarantee of refunding the money. I'm outside the venue with my family, no tickets, and out $150. They are making me feel that I am trying to cheat them out of the money and trying to scam them when we're the ones outside the stadium. Its even worse when they say that they sell trustworthy and authentic tickets, the managers Arturo and Victor in customer service did not give me any answer nor a guarantee if I would get my money back. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from ticketcenter where they can't even check if the tickets are valid and guaranteed your purchase.

Was not aware of redirect to another site from Ticketmaster. Tickets listed at $440 each, got 2. Tickets arrive in mail and stamped face value $199.99. I guess i'm the sucker. No help from Ticket master or Ticket-Center
NEVER AGAIN, SPREAD THIS STORY, GET THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. ALSO TICKETMASTER DID NOT INDICATE THIS WAS A THIRD PARTY. FOUND OUT WHEN TICKETS ARRIVED.
