After we selected our seats and completed the $313.50 purchase, we received a message from Tickets -Ctr that the seats were not available. We immediately replied to the email to cancel our order. That was the last we heard from them until I used their chat (there is no way to talk with them) feature today (2 days later). I explained the situation. I stayed on their chat with a Janica for over 45 minutes getting run around messages "give them a few more minutes they were working on it" but they never did give me any answers.
My 18 year old daughter was adulting and got us two tickets to the rodeo on her own. It was such a sweet gesture until i found out what she paid.
The most expensive tickets at the rodeo, which are fixed price, are $26-40. For two tickets, she was charged $338 ($129 per ticket plus fees). I called and got a non U.S. based call center (Go figure) and the woman on the phone made up something about owning the inventory and not being the ticket provider and blah blah blah. I was obviously not going to win any debate as they already had my daughter's money.

What a shocker this is been going on for years have this been shut down years ago I would have not lost $750 on concert tickets I just was on the site of the better Business bureau and I could not believe the complaints and the fact that nothing has been done what world are we living in the fact that Google still has them as number one thanks a lot Google and better Business bureau cuz now it's 4809 people completely ripped off and never got their tickets that's the real killer...pitiful pitiful pitiful
Tickets-Center.com operates an unfair, deceptive, and predatory business model. Only once the transaction is complete does the consumer realize that they were fooled into purchasing tickets for prices far above standard pricing. The company claims that by purchasing tickets the buyer and seller agreed to the purchase, when in reality an individual is not a market. No rational person would purchase tickets at such a high price if they weren't purposefully duped into it by this company. Tickets-Center.com does not include a phone number on the purchase page, so there is no easy access to customer service as they do not want to be inundated with complaints and hope people give up. The company knows they are fooling people and unabashedly still does not provide cancellation or refund at any time, even immediately upon the consumer realizing they were deceived. This complaint is not about buyer's remorse or that the price was too high; this is complaint is about the purposeful deception by this company to lure consumers into participating in a transaction that was never intended. The personal goal is a refund of $211.50. But the societal goal is to protect the consumer and put an end to their deception.

Ticketscenter.com is not affiliated with us - it is a third party scalper, reseller, and fraudulent ticket website. Ticketmaster is our only ticketing platform. Our venue website (sandyamp.com) only links to Ticketmaster. Other websites like the one you found typically have prices far above the regular ticket prices and/or fraudulent/fake tickets. We always tell patrons to start at the venue website first so they don't end up on a site like that - people will often just Google and click on the first result without checking if it's legitimate or not.
There are no ticket transfers allowed, so they will not be able to send you tickets (if they are even real). We would recommend filing a charge back with your credit card company for that purchase.
I did not realize that this was a resale and purchased tickets for tripe the prize bc I was in a hurry. Absolute Scam, Do not buy tickets here!
I used website to purchase tickets they did not send me the seat numbers when I called the box office of the event I was going to they said they could not help me ticket centers would not help they kept sendimg me to a chat BOT.
WHICH WOULD NOT HELP. I lost $200 and did not get any resolution for the tickets I will never use this service again and I recommend anyone else not use it either We later found out that the tickets themselves were five times the amount the box office would have sold it to us for. Even our credit card vendor said that they had heard about this service and unfortunately could not help us because of the fine print in the website page. We reviewed after the fact the website for them and there were numerous numerous numerous complaints..

All tickets for the April 15,2023 Les Miserables show at the Kennedy Center are sold out by April 8,2023. Then I bought two tickets with the same requirements through Tickets-Center.com on the same day, the face value is $139/ticket, but they charged me $389/ticket plus $109 service charge, $59 tax, and $7 shipping. That's an extra $360 plus tax per ticket.
It's frustrating that companies like this are legal. Charged DOUBLE when the same tickets were available on the real site. I was in a hurry because the tickets went on sale at 10am, Should have known when I bought tickets at 9:45am. The real site told me these scam sites sell tickets before they even have them, then buy a block of tickets and sell them at a huge premium. SOOO FRUSTRATED.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Their customer service will be glad to repeat the "terms and conditions" to you repeatedly, while refusing to refund an order. Scammers.

At the door when they were scanned the tickets were unavailable.
The seller had returned so they would have to be repurchased and my sale was no longer valid.
I had to purchase new seats (different seats) at the box office.

Purchased tix to Six musical 12/22/22. In the confirmation order email e-tickets were to be sent 4/9. No tickets received 4/9. Called/emailed several times. Email responses vague without an estimated time to receive. Sent at least 5-7 emails inquiring. Musical to occur 4/11. Still no tix on 4/11. Called customer services and explained what occurred. Cancelled order and was told refund within 2-3 days. When I emailed back and received message that no one is manning the in-box. Yet prior email responses from company were from the same email address. No email of refund received 4/11.4/12 Not trusting went to bank to formerly request refund. This afternoon refund received. Had I not formally reported May not have received refund. Buyer beware. This site needs to be deactivated.
Prices are way above face value. No refunds. No real customer service. Service fees are outrageous. I wish I had done more research before buying. I will never buy from them again.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.

Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
