I was very satisfied. The only thing I would have appreciated was a response to an email I sent to the company. Also, I sent in quite a bit of brand new clothing, most of it Lands' End, JJill, and only earned $20.00.

Yes, ThredUp is selective about what items they purchase. No, they aren't going to pay what it is worth because they are a business and need to make a profit. Having said that, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE purchasing from ThredUp. Items always arrive in the condition described, if not BETTER. I have the opportunity to buy the nicer clothes I like without the higher prices. There are two more recent additions that make shopping with ThredUp even better. Free returns (with store credit)! And I have a hard time resisting the ThredUp promo codes that are now went out on devices with the app on an almost daily basis! I am hooked.
I love the convenience of Thred Up! You get a free bag after your first order - and send it back with shipping already paid. Thred Up is my go-to place to sell clothing that my son no longer fits into and a few name brand items that I no longer wear.

I use thredup.com consistently. I like the new set up. Occasionally, I can't get to the second, third, etc. pages of say... dresses or tops. I am bounced back to the

I have sold thousands of dollars of stuff to them--they give a fair price and make it easy--drop off at the nearest FedEx, and fill their bags to the rim. The shipping is free, of course! Shopping is also awesome... and super fast shopping to my door!

Difficult to judge how it will fit without trying it on, so had to return it.
