This company is AMAZING! What a smart way to repurpose clothing, cutting down on waste of our planet's resources. I have always been into thrift store shopping & it's cool & all, but... let's face it, the stores usually smell like mothballs, you have to stand & manually dig through racks & racks of clothing, looking for something you like! Then when you find something that you do like, hoping beyond hope, that it will be your size. But at thredUP, you can use the filters to look at the types of garments you wish to shop for, in the size you need... it's just brilliant! Then your box (or package) arrives in a completely adorable box, lined in tissue paper that makes it look like a gift to yourself! Sooo fun! With stickers, tags, & other neat inserts showing the level of care & commitment that thredUP has for their customers! What an incredible experience! I LOVE thredUP & will continue to shop with them for a very long time! Admittedly, when my daughter first told me about the company & how it works, I was nervous & a bit apprehensive to make a purchase. Because I don't have my daughter's cute figure, I thought, there wouldn't be anything for me. Boy I was wrong! But if you do order something that doesn't fit, they have made it so entirely easy to send it back. Do yourself a favor & 'gift' yourself a thredUP purchase! Trust me, you will NOT regret it! :)

It was a pleasant experience shopping with thredUP. The clothes were as nice as pictured and even though it said a small flaw I have yet to find it, it must be really small. The shipping was prompt, I was very pleased.
I have made several orders with thred up each time my items have come very fast. They have also been quality pieces that I and my son have loved. Each item came with a thredup reconditioned tag and you can tell that each item was checked thoroughly. They are in fantastic condition

If there had been a better description of the items, I would not have made any mistakes when ordering. I ended up giving two of the items to a friend because the sleeves were too tight for me. The children's clothes are perfect! (Not as difficult to fit them.)
