I have used threadup a couple of times and it's fantastic. Clothes are really good quality and great condition, even the ones from "the basement". I love the packaging and being able to return for free for store credit. I'm addicted to threadup Lol!

Love the options, the clothing and the styles available. I would give 5 stars, but your returns should come with a pre-paid label. It's awful that I had to PAY to return your items that didn't fit. Otherwise you guys ROCK!

I was so impressed with the items I bought and the way they were packaged! Sending in my clean out bag was free and super easy. I didn't get as much back for my items as I hoped and it took a long time but overall I was happy and would recommend ThredUP to anyone!

Its so convenient. While not everything fits as I expect, most things do. Returns are so easy!

I was able to get two Ann Taylor jackets - one for work and a denim one for play - for just over $20. They are both like brand new. What a great shopping site!

The item I purchased was a coach purse and it said the condition was like new.
It came with sticky brown spots on it... Like a sauce had been spilled on it at one time.

I've made 2 purchases on ThredUp and been highly satisfied both times! I am a huge believer in recycling and doing my part to prevent waste and purchasing clothes from here plays a small part in that. I be sure to purchase brands I trust, read the description carefully and the prices can't be beat! It's a win/win/win no-brainer situation!

This site is super easy. I shop from my phone and every purchase I've made has surprised me in a good way.

I found the website very easy to use and navigate while shopping. It prompts you to enter your measurements/sizes so it automatically filters items so you only see clothes that will fit you. I LOVE this, wish every clothing website had it. Orders arrive quickly and returns are easy. Really enjoying threadUP. Looking forward to receiving my next clean out bag.

The customer service at ThredUp is excellent. I needed to return an item that was too big. I emailed them and they sent me a return sticker immediately.

I have a bag sitting here completely packed with Diane Von Furstenburg, micheal kors, Kensie, Free people and even never worn DV shoes. So glad I read this, I'm not sending this in now. Sounds like this place bites the hand that feeds them, no thanks!
