I ordered my second purse from Thread Up, and I have to say I am kind of disappointed. The size and condition of the purse is not what I expected. The discription and pictures made it seem in better shape than upon arrival. However, that is partially my fault for not looking closer at the pictures. The price with 10% was sold me on the purse. So I cannot complain, I got a purse worth $155.00 on final sale for $41.39. I will either have to suck it up and use it or I'll re-gift it.
I'm batting 50% with ThredUp - the things I've ordered have come rapidly and been clean and as described it is just that if I am not familiar with the brand the sizing can vary so widely that what fits in Brand A may be wildly too big or too small in Brand B. If I know the label my experience has been great.
We received the jeans I ordered for my son and they look practically brand new. They look great on him and they fit him perfectly. And to top it off we paid less than $10.
Was excited to open my Bubble box and find everything I had ordered. Will be trying all on this date and, if there is a problem, will return items. It's a simple procedure to do, which is great.

I was very pleased with the items I ordered. They were just as described and quickly delivered. I was however disappointed that the bag of items I sent took nearly two months to process from the time I put the bag in the mail. I was pleased with the items accepted and the credit.

I like Thredup. It is easy to use, and great for finding inexpensive gently used clothes. I have found some blouses, skirts and sweaters that are high end retail for my low end budget.
I have been consistently happy with all aspects of ThredUp- great, easy to navigate website, fast and affordable delivery of items, and high quality clothes- I can barely tell they are 2nd hand! I've recently recommended ThredUp to 3 of my friends and they have all made purchases too!
The items I purchased were handbags and priced decently. In my opinion the clothing is overpriced. But I sent for a Clean Out bag and sent it brimming full of mostly brand new, some with tags, items that all were on their list of accepted brands. I got $11 for the only FOUR items they deemed "good enough"?! This is a racket, folks. Also, do even "cash out" you have to jump through hoops that I think are designed to make you give up and just spend your so called profits with them. This is a great concept but the execution of it is, sadly, laughable in its obviousness to only benefit them, not the consumer/consigner.
Second order. Satisfied customer. Will definitely order again.

I love thredUP! They are so great! The best consignment shop out there and it's so convienent that it is online! I love them so much and have ordered twice and have had no problems! Even did a return on a few items from my first purchase and they were so accommodating and understanding! Seriously, the best experiences ever!
I envision consignment shopping as a challenge, as you'll never know what is available in your size or color. This allows me to use a good search tool to filter by size and style. I love it!
I am very pleased with the quality of the items I purchased. Only one piece, a pair of pretty pants, proved problematic. While they are size twelve, they are small, and it would be nice to be able to return them as different manufacturers size differently. The other size 12s were good.
Not only is delivery timely, but the packaging is lovely.
