Very pleased with packaging and level of care with the order- products were mostly as expected- it is difficult to see/know materials when viewing online as expected.

The measurements for pants are off some. They have been wearable but barely. It would also be great to have accurate measurements for shirts and dresses instead of sizes. Also for selling clothes it would be better if the seller got a % of what the item sells for instead of a flat price. But the concept is good!

I've used Stitch fix for months and found threadUp. Switching over to thread up is the best thing I have ever done! I now get to choose exactly what I like and it is way cheaper

I only say okay because shipping takes forever to receive and only about half of what I bought so far has fit me. I have sent back stuff from two orders and the tracking numbers are either not accurate or the stuff is sitting at the post office for 5 days still. I hope that my returns are processed quickly so I can purchase more clothes.

I also sent a Dooney & Bourke bag Kate Spade shoes Coldwater Creek shirts and I got a email from you asking if it was to give away or to get credit and immediately responded that it was to get credits and I haven't heard anything since

I liked the sweater very much but I was disappointed in the small amount of money I received from the clothes that I sent in. Compared to the first time I did it. The second time was much less and disappointing.

Two Coach wristlets and one Michael Kors wristlets! Outstanding condition. The girls loved them and didn't question why they weren't in a "real" box with tags!

I am pretty sure the reason the shoes are for sale is because they didnt fit the original owner either.
Three times, I bought shoes and each time the shoe was not fitting my 9M foot because of narrow or strange style. So I wont ever buy shoes from them again.
I havent sold anything nor will I given the reviews about poor compensation.
I had much better prices and quality merchandise at Swap.
