It would be nice to track your package. I dont even know when my package arrives. Also it would be nice if you could save the clothes to a favorite list so you can buy when you are ready.
By far the best experience I've had shopping online- great selection, and I love that you can view the actual piece you're purchasing. I also love that the company is US based and truly cares about their customers. In a world of big box retailers and mall stores with high markups, ThredUP is a breath of fresh air.

I really liked threadUP, but I just couldn't help but notice that now the prices for items of clothing that I see on the website seem higher that when I first visited the site. The clothes are beautiful and in great shape. I was very impressed when I got my first shipment. I also don't like the $8 shipping you have to pay if you want to return something.
The shoes I ordered looked fantastic and in superior condition. Just ordered another pair and looking forward to ordering more in the future!
I realize this is a second hand site. With that being said, I am very choosy on the garments I choose to buy. I only buy items that still have tags on them and when the description states the garment looks brand new. Well I ordered a very cute tank top blouse with the description of looks brand new. To my surprise when I tried it on, at first glance it was a perfect fit, I began to look closely and there are tiny holes all over the garment. I can understand one or two small holes, but there were multiples on the front and back. I was so disappointed, especially since I really loved the blouse. I would expect if you give a description that it looks brand new, there would be no holes. I am still giving this review 3 stars because I have bought a few other items on this site and I was quite happy with them. Unfortunately because of the misleading description, now that I am returning it I am forced to pay 8.99 in shipping fees to get back a cash value. This is pretty much the price of the shirt. I am essentially forced to take the store credit instead. I will try the site again and hope it is a more favorable experience going forward, much like the other items I have already purchased here.
Felt a bit misled about the free returns policy that does NOT apply to Hawaii. I don't understand why it's not offered since domestic USPS shipping is pretty similar no matter what part of the US!

I've bought twice from Thred up. Both times it was nice, stylish clothes for my toddler son. Items were in great condition even when it was said in description that the are slightly worn out. All clothes actually looked like new!
I was really surprised with the quality of product and packaging. Even if it second hand store I'm very confident that all of their clothes checked well before reselling, because it really looks like they pay attention to all the details. Packaging is so tidy and cute. It feels like people make it with love:)
