Just Don't…..

Horrible bras some where used, even worse was their customer service. I spent over 360.00! Nothing fit and the quality was sub par. Went to submit a return, the screen is locked stating that they weren't eligible for return. Used the online chat feature and was eventually sent an authorization and return label.

Once they received my return it took 25 days and a formal complaint to the BBB to get the funds released back to PayPal.

My advice is don't bother unless you live near a one of their stores. The return process is the worst I've ever seen with any business. They have great marketing which is what pulled me in. I will never purchase from them again. If you are waiting for a refund stay on them until you get it don't be stone walled or ignored use every tool in the box!

We're happy that you were able to send your items back for a refund. As noted on our Help Center, refunds can take 10-20 business days from when they are received at our warehouse to be issued. The reason for this timeframe is because all returns are checked in by hand to ensure all worn products are washed and donated to women in need, rather than returned to stock.

I ordered two bras and a pair of underwear from this company. After returning one bra to try another size and then opting to return that exchange, I ended up in a long email battle trying to get my money back. Not only are these garments just OKAY, it is not worth the hassle of working with this subpar customer service. I think I'm out 60$ and have items I could have purchased at any department store.

Great customer service

As a person with a very small back and an hourglass figure, it's hard to find the right fit for bras. However, thanks to the sizing tests and guides, I was able to figure out my actual size (and it's a size I can't get in most stores). I ordered two different sizes of the same 3 bras for myself to see which ones would fit better, and I returned the 3 that didn't quite fit. They're seamless, easy to wash, and I had no trouble returning them. Customer service was helpful and supportive and I personally didn't experience any problems. I'll most likely be ordering again!

Buyer Beware!

I made 3 purchases trying to find a good fit. All purchases were returned within a few days of receiving the items and I had to dispute all charges because Third Love kept making up excuses as to why it was taking so long to refund my credut card. Poor quality too!

Bad customer service, blaming on customer

I tracked my tracking number after not receiving the shipped package for a while, and found out that the postal office noted that the house number wasn't found. I checked my order email again, and the correct address was submitted! (And I have still been receiving mails and packages to my address.) When I let Third Love know about my situation, they said that the package is being returned to the sender (as if I made the return myself). And I asked if the replacement can be sent to the same and correct shipping address, they replied (after the replacement package was sent out) that they would offer "shipping to the same address" as an exception, and if the package went missing, they can't provide "this" again. They are putting this type of logistical issue to the customer! I have never had a shipping issue saying the house number wasn't found before. Very disappointed. Will return the product. Won't buy from them.

We want to clarify that the reason we cannot send another replacement to the same address if multiple packages have an address issue, this is by no means to place any blame on the customer! The reason for this policy is that if the same issue occurs again, this tells us there is a problem with the shipper and they may not be able to fix it to successfully deliver to that address. This policy is in place to ensure the package is able to have a successful delivery and to see that product does not get lost in the mail. We apologize for any offense caused by this policy, and we will be sharing your experience with our Leadership Team, as we are constantly improving our best practices.

Terrible customer service. I've tried and tried to connect to their live chat and it never connects. Sent an e-mail, received a generic response. No phone number for immediate assistance. I have fit questions and only have 3 weeks remaining to return them. I like the bras but this level of (or lace thereof) service deters me from every purchasing again. Darn, the program sounded so awesome. Buyer beware!

Just Doesn't Last

Third Love is a company that I want to love and support because of its body type inclusivity. I have an odd size and their products really do fit me well so I have purchased from them twice. Lets be honest - their prices are H-I-G-H but I'm willing to pay a little more for a product that fits well and lasts. However, every product I have bought from them has *not* lasted. My most recent purchase was a white (ok, that one was on me) Pima Cotton 24/7 t-shirt bra about 4 months ago. It fit great (and still fits great!), but the white yellowed very quickly and now the bra is coming apart at the seams. I have other bras that I have had for years that are still in great condition, or at least usable condition. (yeah yeah, I know, replace your bras at least once a year) I hate that I spend twice as much on their products as I would from a competitor and they just don't last. You know what they say, " Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on Me." Will I be purchasing from them again? "Don't throw good money after bad."

Speechless!

I didn't' know a bra could fit so perfectly! ThirdLove has created a bra that fits in every place which made me consider how thoughtful they've been designing their products. I had no idea my bra size was this large. I measured my upper chest before ordering, was skeptical about purchasing such a "large," cup size and voila... it fits! I feel speechless how comfortable this bra is. My shoulders relaxed, I don't feel this tightness where the bands rest, and didn't even know I was SORE until I put this bra on. It's worth the money, treat yourself because now I can't wait to put this on everyday.

Nice idea, but completely lacks process, if a company were interested in earning customers trust and developing a customer base. If you don't fit yourself correctly the first time, you're on your own. If you order more products to determine the best fit, and they take forever to get them to you – past the return date of the original products – too bad, that's your problem, not theirs. You get stuck with the products. The "stylist" (aka call taker for everything) suggested I order more and compare, delivery took forever, then I ended up with 3 bras at a cost of $270 that TL wouldn't return for refund or exchange. Don't waste your time, energy or money. You can find the same quality and customer service at a discount department store or better quality and customer service almost anywhere.

I honestly love the bras, but hate the customer service. I ordered 2 bras at a special price. I asked for an exchange on one of them, specified what I wanted as a replacement, and sent it back as instructed. When I didn't hear back for a while, I contacted them, and only then was informed that they didn't have what I wanted in stock. Not only that, they wouldn't hold my order until they were restocked, saying that was against their store policy. So my only options were to (1) get a refund on the bra I returned -- but then had to pay the full price for the one bra I did keep because of the 2-item special or (2) exchange the bra for a style I didn't want. I opted for #1. I was told I would at least receive an additional 10% for my trouble, but in fact what I got was a 10% credit to my account -- totally useless, as I'll unfortunately never be ordering from them again.

Great fit but...

So I tried the trial full coverage 24/7 bra. I was excited, the bra fit great, looked great, felt great however, the little patch of material that fits flat against your chest between your breasts was made of some kind of mesh evil hell fabric. It irritated me so badly in that one area it made me feel it was not worth the $70... Back it goes, sadly

Purchased a bra March 25,2020 and have been trying to return as did not fit. As of this day, May 13th, I have still not received the return label promised or a refund to my credit card. I have contacted the company 4 times now asking for the return label promised but nothing but advertisement emails.

1. OMG! The price! Not worth a penny of the mark up.
2. The back strap sit extremely high compared to other MORE comfortable bras that sit in the normal position
3. Despite the claims, straps fall off shoulders anyway. You have to loosen them so much b/c the back strap is so high to make it remotely comfortable to get through the day.
4. Did i mention the price for a freakin t-shirt bra?!?!? You can get one at Walmart that fits better and lasts longer.
5. Longevity. This bra didn't last many washings. Already stretched out. 2 months in. My Walmart bra for $20 is on its second year and is WAY more comfortable than this rip off.
6 sin't wasre you money or time.

So, I bought into the hype and decided to try out the "t-shirt" bra. The "E" is equivalent to DD, which is my size. Straps don't stay on my shoulders, only half coverage of my girls, fabric is cheap and not soft, and the back of this itches the h*ll outta me! Called 3rd love, listed complaints, was given tips for wash n wearing yada, yada, yada, tried all the tips, yea, didn't work. Big waste of $80! Flushed down the pooper never to be seen again! Worst. Bra. Ever! (Awesome marketing team though-props on the fabrications and falsified reviews 3rd love *)

Poor customer service

One of the bras I bought was too big and the other hurt due to the underwire, all issues that are possible when buying bras online but I have been waiting for a refund for over 30 days now with no response after emailing them for an update! I was so hopeful for a company that did not have the same values as Victoria's Secret but they are now proving that they are all the same... too bad

Sizing and returns

Spent 68.00 on a bra. First of all it doesn't fit. I told them in the first place approximate size. Trying to return and they want to give me a credit. A credit will be of no use as they don't carry my size. I'm stuck with a bra that doesn't fit and out 68.00. Don't do business with them

After spending almost $200 on 3 bras, and expecting an amazing fit I was very disappointed. They do not fit well at all. I started contacting customer service via email, their AI bot, and their website chat. I just get automated responses. I am afraid to just return them because I am afraid I won't get my money back. I am really frustrated. I do not recommend them. The bras do not fit that well, and customer service does not respond.

Terrible experience

In my opinion the bras were sized incorrectly. I tried to return the items but the web site showed an error on the returns link. I called the company and they sent a link to return the items. Same problem. I mailed the items back anyway at my expense. The company chided me because I did not have a return authorization number. They sent me a gift card rather than credit my card. I gave the gift card away because ----- well, the bras were possible sized incorrectly. Rude, inept and frustrating.

Bought a pair of $60 pajamas from ThirdLove, and the elastic waistband on the shorts got twisted after the first wash. ThirdLove customer service refused to offer a refund or exchange, and only offered a 15% discount on my next purchase for sharing my "feedback." Thanks, but no thanks, ThirdLove--I'm not going to waste money on more of your expensive products when you won't give me a refund for a defective product. This company claims to pride itself on customer service, but my experience was that their customer service is a joke.

Don't Waste your Money

I purchased a Classic T-shirt Bra, everything fit the way it was supposed to BUT, the straps on this Bra constantly fall down. This wasn't a cheap bra not worth the money I spent. I hate it. Save your money. I unfortunately didn't return it in time to get my money back.
