I don't want to say they are a scam, but my gut tells me they do very sketchy things. I'm sure you eventually wind up with the product you purchase, but the quality of that item is questionable.

They are a real company. *But* they are overly reliant on automated customer service "bots" and do not provide answers for individualized questions in a timely manner.

Real company, lots of helpful customer service agents to help and tremendous products that fit and feel amazing! Highly recommend
