Hello all! We have had to adjust our hours due to the recent circumstances and are still adjusting to working remotely, but we are available via live chat and email from 8AM-5PM PST Monday-Saturday.
Next to impossible! The website will not take most order numbers, and you cant get anyone to answer your e mails
Super easy, you can text, live chat, or email them... I have never had any issues, their customer service is based in California too, they are lovely to speak with!
I contacted them through Chat and got immediate, efficient help with sizing.
Impossible, and if you do, they have no record of your purchase! Keep your receipts!
